We love everything about the Eureka.

Hello Goodbye

No one at the counter when I went to this franchise, 05/20/24 @ 0900. I knocked on the counter, and a female voice answered from.... somewhere. She apparently had been hiding from customers, playing with her phone, when I visited. I ordered a 4 pk, and she appeared very flustered; she abruptly packed the food and brusquely told me to sign the receipt.
She also forgot my order of coffee.
She then changed her tone to try and get a tip. She received none, except this:

1. Tips are for people that are professional.
2. Customers aren't a bother to your personal life, when on duty.
3. Hate your job? Then quit. No one deserves your attitude, or owes you anything.

My wife and I decided to give Main Street courtyard another try. Really nothing has changed I ordered the Stack burger my wife ordered the Philly cheese steak. The appearance looked pretty good until you start looking for the patty nothing more then a cheap hamburger patty small dry and overcooked fries were cold and plain bad. There are better burgers in town. My wife’s Philly was ok her potato salad was fresh out of a carton. Don’t order the coke 90% ice and hardly any coke. Service was good. There are better places in town that serve better food. Golden West , Virgin River , Casablanca, Chicago Greek just to name a few .

This is a good place inside the Eureka casino to get a quick meal. The food was good, and the server was very friendly and helpful.

I have a new favorite Hamburger. The Smash Burger at Mason Street. It is worth every bite. Be sure to try one when you are in town. I'm pretty sure you will be HAPPY. 2 patties, lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese (if you want it) on a potato bun. The bun looks big but, it is just right. The insides fit the outside.

We had tater tot’s as our side option- lots of them but cold. The Club sandwich was good, but the toast was also cold. The steak pepper and onion sandwich, meat was terrible, the ingredients were piled in the middle of the bread. The beer was cold, and good iced tea.

Comfort food inside the casino area at the Eureka Springs. It's basically a café setting that currently houses a buffet. Or you can order from the menu. Has senior and daily specials, but the prices are agreeable enough that almost any meal seems like a deal nowadays. I ordered chili and a garden salad. Didn't even hit $10 bucks with the sales tax.

Buffet offered a wide variety of quality food and includes beverages. Inexpensive. Not as much cigarette smell as other casino restaurants.

I recently ate at Mason Street. The staff are very welcoming. I had prime rib, a baked potato, salad, vegetable, and rolls. It was yummy.

Rate it 1 out of 15. Had a member of our party that has celiac (gluten free) and dairy allergy. Waitress was unable/unwilling to discuss what options were available. So we had a member of our family that was unable to eat, even though website says has gluten free options. Waitress was rude about it and rude to other members of our family.

The portions we received where awesome. One meal we decided to share a sandwich and the waitress brought us separate plates and extra potato salad and we never asked and did not have to hassle. What else can you ask for.
