Need more staff for a busy Friday night. Poor worker was doing her absolute best. I watched her truly cater to a mother and daughter. Went above and beyond fixing shakes because the person didn’t know what they ordered and going into great detail about what’s in the shakes. Definitely something she shouldn’t have had to deal with having a bunch of people in line waiting. I was touched by her kindness and saddened by the lack of help and lack of appreciation from the customers.

I ordered a blizzard and asked for a large glass of ice water. I got an extra large blizzard ( ice cream was 2 inches above the top of the cup) and a large glass of ice water with good customer service.
