Halibut was overdone and rubbery, brocollini was old and flowered, shrimp were undercooked, server was cocky!
The remodel of this restaurant is top notch. A classy steak house in the desert is a great find. The Eureka is a great casino too.
Other visits to Gregory's, we'd been in horseshoe bars area when we dined and always too noise for an upscale restaurant was unacceptable. The last time we came in we sat in the room with the long bar. Out experience was totally out of this world in every aspect. Totally relaxing and fun. Our visit a couple days ago was back in the horseshoe shape bar area and the noise level again a total mood buster. We'll be back but will always request a table away from that horseshoe bar area.
Love it here but the rules need to be more evenly applied. My husband wears a cowboy hat but never eats with it on. 2 weeks ago he was asked politely, before we sat down to remove it, but he was already on his way of doing so. We were pleased with that because it shows good manners are important in Gregorys. However last night there was a table of 4 where all 3 men were wearing baseball caps. We realize we are from a different era but thats why we seek out places that have the same values as we do.
I ordered Chicken Fettuccini with Alfredo Sauce. When I ordered I asked if the sauce had a lot of garlic - and she said that she really didn't think it was very garlicky so I ordered it. When my order came - the chicken was Luke-warm to cold and there was no sauce - just served on butter fettuccini. It was returned to the kitchen - she explained that the chef said there was garlic in the sauce (which I knew) and choose to make it without the sauce (wouldn't you expect that I should have been consulted on this change?). At any rate the meal was returned - chicken hot on a bet of buttered fettuccini noodles with Alfredo sauce on the side. My husband had almost finished his meal.
We arrived a 4:45 pm, and so we were able to use the Early Bird menu. It had some excellent choices, and the cost was $45 each for the meal. If we had renewed our Eureka Casino Resort card before dinner, the cost would have been$39 - ours expired only two weeks earlier (on Dec 31, 2025). Live and learn!!
Madisen and Josue provided exceptional service and made our joint birthday dinner most enjoyable. We'll be back soon.
Another great meal with friends. A professionalism from employees not seen in the past. Meals were spot on and appetizers and cocktails absolutely great!
This resturaunt was a pleasant surprise! We grabbed a last minute reservation online on a whim when we were driving through, and im so glad we did. The table bread was amazing. Our servers were great, and our glasses were never empty. We got the early bird special menu and everything was incredible and cooked perfectly. We will definitely be recommending this to our friends and coming back!

Came for a quiet date and ended up sat between 2 rowdy tables. A little confused by the dress code, since one of the tables kept being visited by a group of their drunk friends wearing shorts and sandals, standing with their butts right in our faces while we were trying to eat. The food was good, but for $60- $70 a plate, I was hoping it would be better. Friendly service, just not the fancy fine dining experience I was expecting.

Food quality and service were fabulous, my only complaint would be that the music was a little loud for conversation. It was overall a great experience and I really felt it was a great value... So rare to have they kind of service and quality anymore.

Everything was very good except the price of two old fashioned cocktails. $24 for each one. Good but not worth $48. What a rip off. Should be $12-$15 tops.
We needed to get in and out quickly! We ordered the early bird and it was surprisingly very good. For the quality of the food and service it was awesome. I highly recommend!

We felt like they changed the menu since last we were there. And the prices have gone up substantially. That said, the restaurant is very good. The food is good. The service is excellent. Fabian was our waiter. There were four of us. We had.: honey lavender chicken, seafood Diablo, chicken Alfredo, and NY steak risotto. We all enjoyed our meals. Since we were all full, we shared one piece of Keylime pie. Each of us wanted another piece. It was delicious.
