I went there with my family who I hadn't cn in quite awhile. I gave them 3 stars bcuz they put the tip in ur bill & I dont think is ok. Especially when it added up to 5 or 6 bucks from each person. Tips r voluntary. Well supposed to b anyways.

This was our first visit to Hugo's - we just moved to Mesquite. We are glad to have found Hugo's!! In the future, we will split an entree as the portions are huge! Delicious flavors and friendly staff - we will be back!! ?

Last time here the timing for the table was horrible. salads looked like they came out of a bag and was served less than 2 minutes before the entree. the bread was old and stale. Sorry but my dining dollars are going elsehwere.

SLOW SLOW SLOW disorganized service, canned sauce, frozen vegetables & a scrappy ribeye steak. My guess is the soup du jour was canned cream gravy with pepper, garlic & some frozen corn added. Pasta side (spaghetti) had not been drained properly so it was on a plate sitting in 3/16" of clear cold water. Martini was good though.
