“We went for dinner on New Year’s Eve and the food was amazing. The minestrone soup was so delicious and the vegetables tasted so fresh. I had the Zesty linguine and it was so good. My partner had the chicken cacciatore and he thought it was really delicious. I want to go back soon and get more of their delicious food.kk“

“I kept hearing ads about old Vegas in the Casablanca casino so we stopped on the way back from a ski trip and had dinner at Katherines. 60 for a 16 oz ribeye. It was excellent and I prefer rare which to me is the true test. They modified my Manhatten with St. Germane instead of sweet vermouth at no additional cost and a full martini glass to boot. The service was great. The bread... Dinner rolls and some other focaccia you'd get in the bread aisle at the local grocery... Do better you're a steak house! Lighted menus so perfect for those of at a certain age. Lighting? Again you're a steak house. Nobody looks good under 5000 kelvin light except a patient on an operating table. Incandent or very warm would be ideal. We did enjoy the dinner and would eat there again“

“The locals get here at 4 pm for the one hour Happy Hour at the bar. The bartenders are fantastic! Food excellent. It is closed Mon & Tues. Crab cakes delicious. The prime rib good but not great. I am going to get the Salmon next time. My neighbor said it's the best ever!“
