Counter service was great. Food would have been good except, as I have experienced here before, it was cold. The restaurant itself is also kept a bit on the cool side making dining not as pleasant as it could be.

One is3 the nicest JACK in the Boxes I have ever seen. Great dining area, and very clean. Employers are very polite. The restroom even had hot water and paper towels. And, you get to put your own cream in your coffee!!! 👍

I went to this location after work last night. It was around 910 even though they close at 10 the guy in the window was so pleasant. Had a great attitude. The food came hot fast and a smile at the end! I will be coming back to this location to enjoy another hot meal with a friendly face😊
Good food and usually pretty good service. I've had a few times where I feel like I'm being ignored for a little while when I go in as I'll get to the counter and an employee will look at me, say nothing and walk away but that's a rarity. More importantly is my wife and daughter love the tacos. So whenever I'm in the area I have to stop

The breakfast sandwiches are nothing like they are pictured. And they were cold, the cheese wasn't melted, and certainly weren't the size depicted.
