I came in today this afternoon for lunch and I dealt with the rudest person. He had a mullet haircut to start it off left two people workin who was swamped in orders he looked at me and said he is going to the bathroom someone would be with me shortly and walked away. I said whatever and waited an additional 10 minutes there was a taller man in Jersey Mike logo shirt sitting behind me with his hat off twiddling away at his damn laptop who didn’t even budge to help those other folks out behind the counter. I wasn’t even sure if he worked there to begin with until I saw his shirt and he angrily got up because he was being disturbed he almost knocked his chair plum over getting up. He finally got behind the counter to angrily ask me WHAT DO YOU WANT in such an aggressive tone. He poorly made my sandwich and it was sloppy the worst one I’ve had here usually a nice woman deals with me. This man gave me a go to hell look when I asked for a tad bit more mayo on my sandwich. He aggressively drowned my sandwich and then aggressively sent me on way. He slammed my sandwich down and shot me this look of screw me. Jersey Mikes over the last few months has gotten poor with their workers treating customers like garbage. I will be going to subway of jimmy John until this matter is resolved. I feel threatened by the man who got up out his seat and made my sandwich. I will be telling my friends and work buddies to not come to this establishment anymore especially when we get treated like crap for supporting our local community and businesses.

I don’t know if he’s the GM or assistant manger but the man that I had dealt with when it came to my order and me asking questions due to my allergy was very rude and had the worst possible attitude. His name was Trent. He was very rude and crude to me. I have a gluten intolerance and I asked him if they would be so kind as to have his workers change the gloves and wipe stuff down before preparing my order. I didn’t mind waiting. He then scoffed at me and stated I have online orders coming in and a line that’s backing up he can’t have everyone come to an outstanding hault because of me. I was in disbelief with his words. I thought very seriously this was a professional establishment but i thought very wrong. I am so sorry to anyone who has an allergy and has to come into contact with this man. What hurt me the most was when he told me if I didn’t want to risk a reaction to things to simply stay home and don’t eat out. I have been in this community for along time and never had this issue out of anyone else in this store. I politely told him I didn’t want my order and I’d be going elsewhere for my services. I’m very sorry that this is what society and jobs have come down to. If you’re unhappy with your job leave don’t take it out on people who help fund your paycheck and think highly of your store. I will not be coming back until better management exists.

Accidently went there at 5 min to close, thinking they closed an hour later. They helped me with a smile. The food was hot amd fresh. I apologized about my confusion. They said they were happy to serve! You don't see that often these days! Thank you team, and Mgr Laurel!

Thank you for remaking our sandwiches. And thank you to your staff that walked out the subs to our car because there was a strange man at our window of our car that wouldn't leave.

We have frequently gone to this specific Jersey Mike’s because of the service, the food, and the atmosphere. Every time we walk through the doors we are greeted with a friendly smile and a “Welcome in” (which in this day in age is hard to do with some of the ornery customers that demand and feel entitled but, I digress) we are always greeted with the best customer service, we always add extra things to our sandwiches and it’s never a hassle to add. The manager Tracy ALWAYS makes us feel welcome and always has a kind word. They always take GREAT care of the lobby, it looks amazing pretty much ALL the time, we are never disappointed. Thank you Tracy and Sabrina tonight for taking great care of us and making our dinner tonight memorable. We will continue to frequent this establishment. Tracy as long as you’re the manager we will continue to support this store.

Everybody was very kind and the store really caught my eye! I haven’t ever seen such a clean and organized jersey Mike’s in all these years! We are from Colorado and this place just put all Jersey mikes out there to shame. Thank you running a food business in the most clean way! 🙌

The head manager Trent was flipping out and going stir crazy over orders. Your workers and customers witnessed him as well cussing and ranting. He began kicking and throwing stuff around. He made the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe to be in. Especially to dine in. This is not my first encounter with him being rude and in a attitude. This IS NOT THE WAY MANAGEMENT SHOULD ACT. I did ask for his name. Is this type of person you want to run a crew and establishment?? This is very unfortunate and I feel bad for everyone who had to witnesses this. The store was also dirty in the dining area. Please do better at hiring managers. Saint George will now be our go too from now on. I don't want a call back either. This is a unfortunate event that we all had to see. Im sorry but no person should be this way with customers.

My first visit to a Jersey Mike’s shop and just wow! The two people who helped me took our gluten allergy seriously, wiping everything down (what a pain, I know! But necessary for us not to get sick from cross-contamination) and were friendly about it, not one frown or complain-y face! 😊 And the sub was super too, freshly cut deli meats? YUM!! And the GF bread really is good quality, didn’t fall apart.

I have visited Jersey Mike at States all across the country, multiple times. Now my very favorite shop is in Mesquite, Nevada. Always friendly, polite service with smiles. I love them all. Thank you my friends.

I am now a customer of this store. I tried Jersey Mike's a decade ago in WA state and was not impressed - super thin meat and tons of bread. On our way back from TX to UT yesterday we stopped to grab dinner and stretch our legs. The sandwiches were super fresh and wonderful. They grilled the chicken for my chicken/ bacon/ranch. Lots of delicious meat and flavor. Not too salty either. Subway now only uses a chicken paste in that sandwich that's a horrid & salty. I'll never go back to Subway again. It's Jersey Mike's from now on. Plus the staff was great.

Friendly staff. Clean space. Fresh food. Workers are very allergy conscious which is greatly appreciated. We would return again with no hesitation. As always, I appreciate the gluten free bread option so I can have an actual meal on a road trip without going into a restaurant.
