We love to go to KFC in Mesquite, Nevada to eat. They are friendly, have great customer service, fast and the food is good. I just miss not having the Pot Pies year around.
I needed to share this because, it's completely wasteful and the owner of this location is needlessly losing money. 25 packets of honey for an 8 piece order of chicken, no butter or napkins so I suppose they saved a little money there.

Food is fantastic employees are all super nice but I do feel like they should be telling customers if the food is not ready and how long an expected wait will be before taking their payment.
The chicken sandwiches had an overwhelming amount of salt. I don't know if the batter has been changed because it was great before

We were asked to pull around to wait for our food... normally, I don't care, BUT this KFC, to "pull around" you have to drive out to the main road, flip a u-turn, and then you can properly "pull around" back into their parking lot.

I got a Mac a cheese and that was definitely expired, didn’t taste like cheese and had a rotten taste, me and my girlfriend immediately spit it out, shall be requesting a refund if can.

No spoons or forks, butter, honey, sauces. With order. Had to use the lid as a spoon. Biscuits were hard and not fresh. Chicken strips were delicious.

We reached here at 9 PM and ordered from the self checkout station, after waiting for 20 mins we asked about our order and the staff was like they don’t have our order. We had our receipt and we showed them the receipt and he is like i’ll bring it out.
The staff was not present at the counter so we gave to literally wait for 10 mins just to ask someone about it.
