Wow. This was a completely unexpected amazing meal. Heading from Vegas back home to Colorado, we experienced high winds and pulled over for a break. Who knew the best meal I’ve had in months was tucked away in this lovely town. The ceviche and the avocado/beet appetizers were incredible.
