I have work at other mcdonals an i can really tell the reason this one is hated, came here buy food didnt recive my change full back came 2 dollars short, they forgot 2 burgers and the service was terrible they didnt sell me something that clearly was in the menu supposedly cause they didnt have it when it was mcdouble with bacon but they had regular mcdoubles which is the two burgers they forgot wish i could give a zero to ts.

People were out asleep on tables and doors were locked with the asleep people in it it took ten minutes for one car to move it took us 45 minutes to just get out the driver though! And the food was cold.

Came here so we could relax and have them bring our food to us. The app says they do that here. They don't do that here.
UPDATE: McDonald's has replied to this review saying that they would like to help. If they would like to help, they can offer table service as they are supposed to. If they do not want to offer table service, they need to have it deactivated in the app.

This place is beyond deplorable. The staff are rude as can be they mess up the orders constantly. The managers do not care at all seriously rude to the customers. The food is legitimately thrown together with the sauce everywhere. I will make sure my family never comes back.

I can't even give a star for service or atmosphere for they are horrible at helping customers they will make you wait at the counter for a very long time then when you do get help they act put out for having to help you then the food is dry they make sure to put on your food everything you asked not to have on it I would not waste my money there again if it was the only place open to get food I got no help even when they messed up my order and I wanted patiently

If I can give the service a zero I would don't go here whatever you do don't go here go to the other McDonald's which isn't that much better but it's way better than this one Don't come to this one every time I've come here six times in a row they never get my points right I put a numbers to use my points or to use a deal on the app they always say it didn't go through after my phone is already registered that they put the numbers in they always mess it up every single time and I have to pay full price for cold food Don't come here maybe it's better in the daytime I don't come in the daytime I come at night time I come after 10:00 p.m. and it's always the worst stuff so I will never come to McDonald's again in mesquite at this location because it is absolutely atrocious
Had trouble using the kiosk. Very misleading as far as what you order. By the time my order was ready, it was totally wrong. Customer service was disappointing and place was dirty.
