As far as McDonald's goes, this is a good one. Pretty clean, but it's also new. My kids think the play place is sub-par. It's pretty small and lots of ropes. They mostly get your order right, but I've had to wait quite a while through the drive through lately to get food, even when having ordered ahead

Holy smokes. You are forced to use a kiosk, no face to face service, then it takes minimum 30 min. We've been 3 times just to make sure it wasn't just a bad day. Awful customer service

We were deeply disappointed by the service during our visit. Despite arriving earlier and placing our order well before others, we watched as other guestbwho came after us were served first. After waiting over 15 minutes with no update, I asked a server if our food was on its way. She assured us it was coming, but it became clear they hadn’t even started preparing it until that moment.
My wife was understandably upset—not just by the delay, but by the dismissive attitude we experienced. She felt the treatment reflected a deeper bias, and while I tried to reassure her, I couldn’t shake the same feeling myself. Whether intentional or not, the experience left us feeling overlooked and unwelcome.

Went to this location for the Happy Meal crossover ninja turtle/hello kitty on launch day. Asked prior to placing the order if it was available, was assured it was. Got my happy meals, wrong box with a three year old Thor love and thunder groot. They acted put off when I told them that I wouldn’t have ordered if they had just said they didn’t have it. They did and after arguing got what I wanted. Food was cold fries were old and the drink tasted like cleaner. Dirty tables even though they weren’t busy. Just wasn’t a good experience.

As a person who has experienced homelessness I was extremely touched when the young cashier didn't shame a homeless guy for asking him to help with a large coffee. If this was Peggy Sues, the owner would shame the both of us for two dollars. This is why most people prefer big corporations as opposed to small businesses because the little guy needs the two dollars. Peggy sues ..take note..Google is auditing you because it is federal law to evade taxes. Seriously the insults are not worth a penny. God Bless America, vote with your wallets; avoid small businesses.
McDonald’s at this location is mid at best. The workers are great the atmosphere also pretty good. Food not so great even for a McDonald’s. Can’t stress it enough on the OVER USED GREASE/OIL! Food was disgusting and you can tell they don’t switch out the fryers oil. My food was inedible. I hope this is taken with a grain of salt and they begin to have better regulations on the fryer.

The service wasn't even there to be honest. My brother in law got a 6pc nugget, it was burnt when he got it. So, he gets them replaced and they are still burnt dark brown.. Didnt even end up eating them. When we got down the road i noticed my cheeseburger smelt burnt and of course, it was. My fries arent even the regular color of mcdonalds fries. Why does my strawberry shake look more vanilla then strawberry, not even mixed....
