it would be 0 stars if i could. they didn’t give us our chicken nuggets so we went inside to get them and one of the employees was throwing up in the kitchen and coughing all over the food. the other employees were completely unfazed and WALKING THROUGH THE PUKE. we threw away all of our food, so gross. never even want mcdonalds again.

There seems to be a problem with their kiosk system causing orders get lost. It took 50 minutes and two times bringing up to the staff before we were served our food. We weren't the only ones, some people were served within 15 minutes or less and those of us unlucky patrons had to have the staff investigate before the food could be served. Plan to spend some time waiting.

Worst makeover EVER now the employee's don't have to acknowledge you at all. placed my order waited 35 minutes finally got someone to talked to and was told my order hadn't even went in because it wasn't paid for there was about 15 people who had also been waiting over 30 minutes or whos order was wrong. Whomever thought up these changes should be fired they have lost my business along with numerous others

This was the fastest and freshest mcdonalds experience I have ever had. Not seconds after placing my order had I paid and been delivered my hot meal. I was pulled around for smoothies which were only a min or 2 behind. All in all great experience, very hot and fresh food. Smiles on everyones face, it was refreshing after so many bad mcdonalds experiences before it. Thanks, food and smoothies were delicious!

This place is a joke and seeing no official response from any 1 from McDonald's leeds me to believe they don't care witch is fine other franchises to take my business to. 8pm on a Wensday night and they are out of everything shakes blended coffee so I go with a chocolate Sundae and this is what you get for $4 what's the point of having lids when you fill the cup up half way McDonald's can pound sand from now on I will go to a different franchise to spend my money at...

I’m not hard to please, but this place continues to become more and more of a joke. Last night was the last straw. I placed an order through the app, arrived at 11:00 pm and the app let me pick a stall. I then seen an employee stick their head out of the store and look right at me, then lock the door. The app then said curbside was closed. I was forced to resort to the drive through with only 2 vehicles ahead of me. Time after time trying to get food from this location I’m told “please give me a minute”. This time was no different. I informed them I had put an order in through the app when prompted, but my name wasn’t taken and was told to “wait a minute”. When I finally made it to the window they had no idea my name, and I had to explain my order 3 separate times. Luckily they made me a fresh ice cream since the original had melted. From the time we arrived to the time our mobile order was in my hand was 35 minutes. Again, there were only 2 vehicles ahead of me. We travel to Mesquite a few times per year, and each time we try to visit this location out of convenience I’m quickly reminded how incompetent this location is. I have never had a normal experience here and I’m not exaggerating! Last night was the worst experience I have ever had buying a meal in my entire life. Incompetent, unprofessional, unreasonable, horrendous service at this location. Please fix this!
