horrible service. DO NOT come here if you want good food. the fries were soggy and not fresh. the service was absolutely atrocious. sat there for 5 minutes in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order. when i said my order to the guy trying to take it he diddnt respond. i pulled up to the window, the guy who took my order, had red eyes (same with the one who gave my my food, then proceeded to drop my card. these people NEED TO BE DRUG TESTED!!!!

The manager here is awful and extremely stingy. I just wanted to have some hot water while eating, but they wanted to charge me the price of a beverage. I come to McDonald’s every day, and this is by far the worst one — it’s the first time I’ve ever heard of being charged for hot water.

Went through the drive thru. When I got home found that they forgot part of my order. 2 snack wraps were not in the bag. They were very busy...so I guess....

I was on 15 north headed home when the family decided to go through the drive through and grab some food. Among the items ordered I got the Spicy Chicken Deluxe meal. We checked to make sure we had everything. After counting the correct number of items we hit the road again. I opted to wait and eat later as driving through the Gorge whilst eating a burger is not advised. Upon opening the bag containing what was supposed to be my Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich. I found a chicken patty, with 2 pathetic pickles, on some less than appetizing pieces of bread. No cheese, lettuce, or tomato. Definitely not worth the $10+ dollars I paid for it. I would have rather had the spicy chicken sandwich off the value meal. At least with that I know what to expect.

A very slow service, lack of staff and they take too long to take the order and deliver it
Out of the 2 McDonald's in town this is the one to go. The staff are friendly and fast, and the food tastes fresh. Ordered online and pick up tonight and the girl who delivered was delightful

Absolutely horrible service, they gave us the wrong order. We waited so long at the drive-through window we walked in. They were too lazy to walk the food outside. If I could give less than a one I would! The worst service I’ve ever had.
