Prices on menudo have gone up ......all water and very little tripe......not worth the price......stayed away for two months hoping they changed......they haven't......

I’ve been coming here for about four years. I’m basing this review on the last four years that I’ve been coming, but wanted to provide a warning for what I think was an isolated event. I’ve ordered Menudo twice from them the first time without any problems. I’ve just gotten over being extremely sick with diarrhea after eating the Menudo.I’ve never gotten sick with any of their other food, but wanted to post this in case others had the same problem. If not, that’s great. I like the restaurant and I would like to keep going there. I just won’t get the Menudo. i’m really mad because I had a lot of leftovers and put it in the refrigerator for later. I checked with Google AI and it said pathogens can survive boiling so I’ve gotta throw it all the way and I’m really po’d.

I have noooo idea how this place even exists here, in this small town. As someone who grew up in LA and having to have tried real, delicious, authentic, Mexican food, I can say THIS place is at the TOP. The flavors are there rather it's in their meats, salsas, guac, tortillas or horchata. I love this place and I'm gonna continue to make it my go-to spot when I pass on by. This is a MUST try.
