Service could be better but she’s working solo. The product however is pricy but made to order. And yes it’s all that and a lot more. Just needs a little tweaking. To be perfect.

It’s obvious the sole worker who took our order on Saturday didn’t want to be there. Slow to make our order, because the worker was taking their time making an online order. After we finally ordered, the worker didn’t know how to scoop ice cream correctly and even left the scoop in one of the ice cream bins. The smoothie we ordered wasn’t smooth, they should call it shaved ice. Lastly, and probably most disappointingly, how is it possible to be out of cookie dough ice cream?

Heard Slurp had started to serve ice cream, so stopped by to give it a try. Entered the store & what seemed to be a grandmother & two grandkids had already placed their order. Looked over the posted offerings & observed worker struggling to prepare their order. For the next ten plus minutes, waited, watched, yet nothing was ever produced, nor was I ever recognized as a customer. Finally got tired of waiting & left. Will probably try again at some point but was not impressed on this visit.

Easily the best smoothies I ever had! I'm excited to go back and try a bowl! Definitely try the Guava Berry or Stellar Guava!

This place just started serving ice cream. My wife and I were very excited to finally have a place to get ice cream here. We were immediately disappointed.
1. Ridiculously small scoops. We got three scoops each but three scoops were smaller than a single scoop anywhere else. Nothing at all like the picture they advertise where it is heaping out of dish.
2. Way overpriced! They advertise lowest prices in town. For the amount of ice cream they give is should be half the price it is.
3. Quality of ice cream is terrible. They advertise it as premium but it is gritty and flavors are unidentifiable.
This place was the biggest disappointment for ice cream in my 60yrs of life.

Great smoothie bowls, and Oliver provided an outstanding customer experience!
A cozy small, local business that I'm glad to support. They have a good variety of flavors and options for different drinks or bowls to try. They'll definitely have flavors you'll enjoy if you like trying out smoothie places. The staff and ambience is very positive as well.

I’m sure it would have been great. Showed up at 5:20 PM. The gal inside said they were closed. Everything online and posted on the door says they close at 6:00 PM. So strange.
The food is always great and the atmosphere is amazing. Every 2/5 times the service is great too. The last few times it has been not so great though. The lady who works the front counter gets super annoyed every time you ask her a question. This wasn’t just towards us, we see her exhibit this behavior towards everyone. Also they have signs that say “create your own” implying you can pick ingredients for your own, and the lady said “no, you can’t do that. Only modifications.” I lt doesn’t make sense. Why say that then? Food is excellent and it’s super cute 🙏

Overall this place is really good. I actually wanted to avoid posting up a review and was really testing to see how the customer service would be handled but it seems difficult to get in touch with anyone from management but see they're attentive to reviews. My experiences before have been great. I had even been accomodated once for something out of my control and it was appreciated as they did not have to. However, this isnt the same experience as before and seems to be tied to new hires and lack of communication. For this specific experience, my order was not served as to what I'm used to seeing and believe to be the correct serving size, which is the cup being filled to the top. The large cups i got were not and the sliced fruit was not as abundant per usual. I did ask about the portion size but was told it is a 4 scoop for the large large but just found it odd as its a lot of room left in the cup which left my $25 order feeling robbed. I got home and checked the reviews and i saw a similar experience only several minutes prior. When i called the next day I was told the portion sizing varies based on who is working, though, I was also told there is a set serving ratio but none was provided. I also called earlier that morning in an attempt to talk to someone from management but wasnt able to speak with anyone. I was provided with an email but my message was undeliverable. I'm not one for posts like these but I do hope it's addressed properly as this place is amazing given the small town and its menu options. My only thing to say is to make sure you pay for what you should be getting.

Usually when I go and get a large fruit bowl it’s usually filled up(as it is in their promo photos), they forgot to include one of our toppings, this was just embarrassing honestly. & that’s also including me paying 26 dollars + a $4 tip. very disappointed.
