Overall this place is really good. I actually wanted to avoid posting up a review and was really testing to see how the customer service would be handled but it seems difficult to get in touch with anyone from management but see they're attentive to reviews. My experiences before have been great. I had even been accomodated once for something out of my control and it was appreciated as they did not have to. However, this isnt the same experience as before and seems to be tied to new hires and lack of communication. For this specific experience, my order was not served as to what I'm used to seeing and believe to be the correct serving size, which is the cup being filled to the top. The large cups i got were not and the sliced fruit was not as abundant per usual. I did ask about the portion size but was told it is a 4 scoop for the large large but just found it odd as its a lot of room left in the cup which left my $25 order feeling robbed. I got home and checked the reviews and i saw a similar experience only several minutes prior. When i called the next day I was told the portion sizing varies based on who is working, though, I was also told there is a set serving ratio but none was provided. I also called earlier that morning in an attempt to talk to someone from management but wasnt able to speak with anyone. I was provided with an email but my message was undeliverable. I'm not one for posts like these but I do hope it's addressed properly as this place is amazing given the small town and its menu options. My only thing to say is to make sure you pay for what you should be getting.

Usually when I go and get a large fruit bowl it’s usually filled up(as it is in their promo photos), they forgot to include one of our toppings, this was just embarrassing honestly. & that’s also including me paying 26 dollars + a $4 tip. very disappointed.

Huge fan! We wanted a smoothie on our way back from Vegas. We did a quick Google search and found Slurp. The first thing I noticed when I walked in - was how clean it was. I even mentioned how clean it smelled. The customer service was outstanding! The smoothies were so tasty! If you’re in Mesquite, stop by Slurp! Very happy that we discovered it!

This spot is so cute and inviting, bright & clean! I love all the options available and there service was great as well. I had the Coco Loco smoothie bowl with flax seed added and it was delicious! I can't wait to go back and try something new! Plus they have a punch card! But 9 get your 10th free!! ?? 10/10 would recommend!!!

What an absolutely charming place in mesquite. The girls who served us made this place five stars. The Boba was good I had the Boss, and I highly recommend this drink but have the ladies do it slushy style…. You won’t regret it.

If you are expecting fresh fruits, greens, and organic delights in a smoothie.. this may not be the place for you. All smoothie ingredients I saw were prepackaged, and most had a frozen yogurt base. I did not order a bowl, so I can't speak to those items.One lone employee working hard. Waited 20 minutes for my order.
