My husband stopped in to this store as we were on a long road trip to Utah. He mentioned to Jay (hopefully that’s her name) that my latte was cold that I received from another Starbucks and asked if it was possible to reheat it and instead she offered to make a new one right away and it was great! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service and generosity. It made the long drive with our kiddos a lot sweeter.

I want to give a big shoutout to Ayesha/Aiesha at Starbucks for turning my day around with her incredible energy and top-notch service! There was a little miscommunication with my order (probably on my end), but she handled it like a pro—quickly, efficiently, and with the biggest smile. Her bubbly personality is contagious, and you can’t help but feel uplifted when she’s around.
Not only did she fix the issue, but she went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Aiesha, you’re the kind of person who turns a coffee run into a bright spot in someone’s day. Thank you for being so wonderful! Starbucks is lucky to have you.

Fast yet relaxed and pleasant, this Starbucks make my venti creme matcha Frappuccino perfectly.
Parking: Easy, accessible, and close.
Kid-friendliness: Open space in view and large outside property away from major roads.
Wheelchair accessibility: easily accessible, entire property is level with parking

Definitely one of the better locations with staff that are actually pleasant and high order fulfillment accuracy. Wifi takes a huge sh!t however if apparently more than 3 people are using it.

When I walked in, there were at least 4 girls behind the counter doing something, with their backs to the front counter. Usually, when you walk into a Starbucks, the first thing you hear is "Welcome or Hello." No one acknowledged me for several minutes (I almost walked out), then one of the girls walked past me & said someone will be with you in a minute (it had already been at least 5 mins) So in summary not the greatest of experiences, customer service is big and being a business owner I expect staff to acknowledge you like we do our customers at our business.
