Some veggies appeared and tasted frozen and then thawed. Cashier didn't change gloves after they handled a transaction and then went back to making sandwiches after touching everything.(Not for mine, for the guy in front of me). Another gal prepped mine.
They overcharged me by like three dollars and the employee working complaints to his coworker that he had been out working since he got there at one. And it was 2 o’clock. He had been complaining about working for an hour… Seems like hiring might be an issue here. I asked for Pepper on my sandwich and they salt and peppered at the same time. There was so much salt on my food that it was disgusting.
The manager gal (Jaylean) was very sweet and helpful. She greated everyone with a smile. For once in my life, I had subway bread that was soft and not overcooked hard and dry. Too bad all your restaurants dint cook bread like this. Please give kudos to her.
