Pizza was cold in the middle. Not just room temp but cold. You selling frozen pizzas here?$4 for a fountain drink? Give me a break…This stuff happens but asking for a tip for fast food employees is just greedy. Pay your employees enough to live. You run a business out of a casino. Not everyone that touches food should get tipped and it’s just an excuse to pay poverty wages to the people that keep your kids in their liberal private schools. Probably wouldn’t have cared if the pizza was cooked through though….

Had the personal size deep dish pepperoni and it could be cooked longer..no chunky tomatoes in the sauce like the full service Unos in Chicago..$6.50 was ok though.

We were able to get a pizza quickly here inside the bowling alley. It was tasty and very reasonably priced.

Pizza is pizza, but I don’t know what this was. The personal sized pizza was inedible. The dough was raw still and it just wasn’t good. Torino’s frozen pizza was gourmet pizza compared this.

My wife and I travel through Mesquite every two weeks. This last time through, we noticed that the Virgin River Casino billboard had a beautiful big advertisement announcing that they have UNO Pizza Express to offer. We were so happy to finally have a UNO Pizza nearby. We lived in the Washington DC area for 13 years and loved eating at UNO Pizza in Manassas, VA. Since we moved to the west coast, we found that UNO doesn't have any establishments in the western US. We planned to stop on our return trip from Utah to eat at UNO's Pizza. As we approached, we tried to order online any by phone in. No success. We still stopped and ran into the casino to the bowling alley snack bar where the UNO Pizza is located. My wife order us two deep dish pepperoni pizzas. I was there with her when she ordered. Our order was complete and we grabbed them and headed out to our car in the parking lot to eat and continue our drive. We opened the boxes and they were sausage pizzas not pepperoni as we ordered. I took the pizzas back into the order counter and the same snack bar manager (I have her name but will refrain from putting it here) listened as I told her of the mix up. She told me that she very distinctly heard us order sausage not pepperoni. I told her I disagreed with that as I heard what my wife ordered and it was pepperoni. She said no you didn't. She didn't offer anything more as to fix this. I then asked if she would refund my money. She picked up the boxes of pizza and made a display of throwing them away and then returned to stair at me. I again asked if she would refund my money. She opened the cash register and refunded my money. I told her I would be leaving on-line comments about this and she said go ahead! If you decide to eat here, be sure to have them repeat the order back to verify that's what you want. Never again at this place for me!!

Pizzas are all pre-made so no altering the topping. Taste was better than my visit two years ago but both the deep dish and flat crust were doughy. The would benefit from another minute of cooking. Had the spinach and feta deep dish but not much feta and has a 7" cheese which could have been cruncher. The 4th star in this rating was for the order taker. I ordered, three pizzas, popcorn, two different scoops of ice cream and a dounet and she was taking other orders and did not miss a beat. Hardest working person in the place. Thanks.
