I've come into this place twice now, and with no complaints. It's a really fun place hidden away from the highway. Delicious boba teas, sweets, and meals. There is always a nice gentleman who helps me. Great, {and cheaper}, place to stop by! Definitely worth the visit. Thank you, 88 Cups!!

Nice place, the gentleman working in the back was so nice. I tried the boba Thai milk tea(they don't always make boba during the same time of day, no boba was prepared during my early morning visit), but you could see it was made with the same sugary solution that is used for their home-made sodas. Definitely lots of options though from pastries to beverage ☕.

The very best chai latte I have ever had. The bagel sandwich was yum and so filling. My daughter loved her food as well. The service is great, everyone is really nice. The art, well, three pieces are now mine! 88 cups is definitely a fave for me.

Wonderful Chai Tea Latte. Ive been here in the past . I had the pumpkin bread it was delicious. My friend had an omelet that she said was delicious and filling. The portion size was more than generous. It was beautifully yet simply presented. Inviting atmosphere and good conversation. Big enough to host small friend groups, family gatherings, and social meetings. Food abd drink prices are exceptionally reasonable.

I love this place! The ambience is nice and cozy. Lots of books to browse through while sitting and enjoying your MOJO. The artwork from local artists hanging on walls is nice to look at. The owner has always been nice when I've been there. He's running the place by himself so be patient. Just relax and browse through the bookshelves and admire the artwork while you wait.
