“Food was ok. Heard about famous ginormous Cinnamon Rolls. They were nothing to write home about yes they were big. They might have been better if they warm them up prior to serving them was very hard to eat and dry”

“I had an incredible dining experience at this Mexican restaurant. The two fish tacos and shrimp taco I ordered were absolutely amazing, bursting with flavor. The standout, however, was the exceptional service. The waitress was incredibly friendly, offering valuable advice on the menu. Notably, she consistently ensured our chips and drinks were topped off, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for its delicious food and top-notch service.”

“While trotting around the surrounding areas of Tahoe, we ended up in Minden after someone in Genoa recommended this brewery. My husband loved the hand crafted blonde ale. The atmosphere is low key with available games to play. The brewery got its name from all the shoes hanging from the trees. Didn't catch sight of any in the strip mall, but they must've been somewhere!?!”

“Went there today for the first time and it was great. You can look out the window and see the great little planes. The menu is large and service great. My friend had the grilled chicken with some kind of cheese and a salad I just had a dinner salad that was full of good stuff and a bagel with cream cheese . Highly recommend”

“Big party to celebrate birthdays. Kids, picky eaters, time crunch for a couple of people in our group, big Saturday dinner crowd --no problem. Food was first rate and the service attentive. Our pickiest 9 year old tried something adventurous and surprised everyone by loving it. Now a family favorite.”

“First I must say this place is very, very good for authentic Mexican food. My friend took me here and there was a total of four of us. As we sat down, we were greeted immediately and had chips and salsa brought. While we looked at the menu, we were asked about our drink choices. Clearly 3 of us ordered adult beverages. Two of us ordered the margaritas and they are huge and yummy! I ordered chicken mole, two people ordered the birria tacos and one orders the protein molcajete. When the food came out, I was surprised at the amount of food in the molcajete! It's huuuuge! So be forewarned, if you order this, you'll either take plenty home or don't eat all day before coming in to finish it! My chicken mole was delicious! The spices were very perfect and the lens to heat ratio was perfect! My friends stayed their birria tacos were amazing too! Full of flavours and everyone was happy with the amount of food! The ambiance was fun, and service was impeccable. They make you feel very welcomed and very family friendly, fun place to be. There's a parking lot in the shopping centre where this restaurant is located with lots of room. I'd definitely recommend this place for any occasion!”

“I’ve lived in Gardnerville for 23 years and had never eaten at the steakhouse. My brother and I went last week for dinner and all I can say is wow. First off, the service was top notch. Really impressive. The wait staff was absolutely amazing and perfectly professional. Then the food arrived. Wow again. Filet mignon and lobster and a crab cake. Both were perfectly delicious. Take the time and enjoy this steakhouse”

“I had a grilled shrimp dinner that was excellent. The shrimp were large and numerous! They've done an excellent job of making this X-MacDonnalds into a reasonable venue.”

“Wow, can't believe no one has reviewed this place since 2017! I don't know about you but when I find a coffee shop that serves chai tea & hot chocolate for less than $2, that's a score. But wait, how about a latte for about $4 and not like most places that charge $6-$8 especially if someone wants a different milk and charging a $1 surcharge to switch. Not this place. Barbara, our local high school student, welcomed us with a hello, welcome in with a smile! Our drinks were great! The place isn't big with only 2 tables but you can take and walk around the casino or try your luck on the slot machines. This place also sells pastries. The bear claws & blueberry muffins are amazing! If staying the night here and you want beer, wine, and/or prepacked food for a hike or picnic, you can pick that up here as well. A twist cap bottle of wine for only $8! Can't say enough of this place! We discovered it 2 weeks ago and have gone back again already! We will be back to try more items.”
