Their pastries are wonderful. Except i was told they used real whipped cream but an employee who probably didn't know that it isn't totally. The whipped cream is tasteless, bright white (spells artificial) and has some chemical or marshmallow as a stabilizer ugh. What a waste of a cream puff. Tossed
Everything I have had, from pastries, to breads, to burgers to sandwiches are incredible! Quality food and exceptional staff! I love this place!
Lemon cake is delish! Of course the bread is yummy too!

Schat's Bakery & Restaurant is a bakery store with a small, quaint, home-town feel. The displays of delicious pastries, buns, cookies, bread, and other goods are dazzling. The pastries are wonderful and great. A good combination is coffee and a pastry. The mocha cannoli is excellent, with a crunchy candied shell and light and fluffy mocha cream filling. The sourdough bread is incredible. The ham/cheese croissant is very much enjoyed. Breakfast sandwiches on their amazing bagels are so good and consistent. The lunch and soup are amazing and great. The daily soup and a sandwich is great too. The background music is very relaxing. The staff is very friendly and great. The Americano is absolutely what it should have been. It is a must to stop by and try for yourself.
