Always consistent and delicious! The best staff; we LOVE Francisco's in Gardnerville!
Me & my boyfriend stop there every time we are heading to Sparks or heading back home Yesterday 03/24/24, was a late lunch. We always rave about how good the Camerones are. Not this time. First few bites of the shrimps were great, but then…..I took a bite and the shrimp disintegrated in my mouth & I had to spit it out of my mouth. Won’t be stopping there again or recommending it to anyone!!

Based on reviews, Francisco's Mexican Restaurant offers hot, authentic food. The fajitas will feed two, and the Chile Relleno is made with poblanos. The shrimp enchilada and chile verde are also mentioned. The food is great, tasty, and affordable, with free chips, salsa, and beans dip. The Macho Burrito with Chicken is flavourful with nicely charred chicken and well-seasoned veggies. Single plates are good for two people. The service is great, speedy, and friendly, with a team approach. The atmosphere is a bit on the loud side. It is considered the best Mexican restaurant from Carson City to Gardnerville and comparable to San Diego. It is highly recommended for good Mexican food and good service.
