1043 in the morning stores not open
This place never has Bannanas for Bannana splits there either bad or they are out of them especially 3 days in a row is completely ridiculous!! And on top of all that they close early at nights..
We tried going after my daughters softball game they were closed at 730pm when signs say 9pm?? Are you kidding me...
Completely lost my business....
Tastee freeze at wienersnitzels have gotten my now right down the street!!!
Went to just get three ice cream cones going through the drive thru lady who took our order with a reddish bob was so rude and totaled our order and we had just arrived to the speaker to order and didn’t answer back when we said we had another cone to order
The man at the window was super rude as well
Really enjoyed the food and Blizzard flavors! Service was friendly and quick.
Even if the place isn't perfect, we honor it with five stars because there aren't very many Dairy Queens anymore. The Butterfinger Blizzard is a work of God.

It is September 2024 over 4 years after COVID. This place is still operating as "drive through only" in the middle of the afternoon. Looking inside the place looks filthy. It is probably closed inside because it is so dirty.

Restaurant stunk like a backed up outhouse. We took our ice cream outside. The blizzards were soupy.
Another couple outside asked if we came out due to the smell.

Debit/credit card machine broken. Sign saying so is posted in spot that once you can read the sign you cannot get out of line if a car is behind you. I didn't order at speaker, thinking I had no cash on me. Found out later my passenger had cash. Too late to order at speaker. When I finally got to window, I explained my problem and asked if I could order now, at the window. I was told no. Both women working inside looked at me like I had asked the impossible. I'll drive to Carson City for their Dairy Queen next time.

So much for their posted hours. Hours clearly say lobby is open yet at 3:20 on a Friday afternoon they refused to serve me. Told me I could “walk through” the drive through. My oil was being changed nearby so could not drive through. Employee also lied and said she was the only one there but I could see at least one other person inside.

Food is good but the place was dirty with litter on floor n surfaces on many tables were dirty as well with previous customers orders n small stains. Some employees are disrespectful (not knowing that I speak Spanish as well)talkin negative about customers... Not cool. Never bringing my family here or buy from here again. Sad really cause I grew up lovin DQ since I was around my daughter's age n she's 3yrs old.

Look, Dairy Queen isn't a 5 star establishment (to most, I am the exception). This place in particular is my favorite DQ on the planet. Stopping here means I had a dope day in the mountains and got to have a little sweet treat on my journey back home to Reno. I'm a classic vanilla cone with jimmies kind of girl and boy oh boy does DQ DELIVER every time. The staff is short but they're trying their best so be nice to them, you decided to pull into their drive thru you heathen!
