The worst Dairy Queen! We ordered the BBQ Chicken Strips, They did not toss the chicken strips in BBQ sauce instead the put the Chicken strips in the box then put almost a whole bottle of BBQ sauce on four chicken strips. All my fries, bread and chicken was swimming in BBQ Sauce. I had to fish out my food no napkins given as well they put so much sauce it was about to my knuckles deep. The ranch was horrible as well it’s was practically just milk no seasoning just liquid.

Good shakes. Good Fries nice staff also the ranch is good.I've ordered the Ice Cream Cakes, and they were yummy.Also, they have a few ice cream cakes on the ready if you need one in a pinch.

No lights on in the drive thru at 5pm. Couldn’t read it. Worker asking for order was rude. Told us there was nothing he could do about the sign it’s on a timer. I read on previous review a month ago the same problem.We will not be back.

The owner here thinks no one wants swirl ice cream so they only offer vanilla. But when speaking with the actual workers it is commonly requested. Note to owner: if customers ask for a product that’s available in every other DQ and you refuse to provide it, you’re just a bad business person and don’t deserve my support.

The poor kid, it had to been his first day! I ordered a turtle pecan blizzard. He gave me 3 pieces of pecans in the entire blizzard! I will be back for more!Wheelchair accessibility: There is always a handicapped chair in this location!
Of all the Dairy Queens we've been to this by far is the worst. Apparently the owners won't carry Chocolate ice cream...so i ask why and they said it spoils, LOL...yet the person at the window says many ask for it. So normally if customers are requesting it, a good business person would meet the customers request, but not this location, maybe it's a write off location? It's time to visit a good location, we're done here.

Pulled in at 7 and there is no lights on but people inside eating. Went through the drive thru and they asked for my order. They wouldn't turn the lights on on the drive thru menu and everything we tried to order the kid just said "we don't make that here lol" So you don't make a mint blizzard or strawberry Sunday? I got frustrated and drove past and saw the kid laughing at the drive thru. No wonder the McDonald's across the street had a full drive thru.10/13/23.

My pretzels were hard. That made me really, really sad. Also they employee working at the counter was very nice, but he also didn’t know what a moolate was and it’s literally on the menu board right behind him. They made me a milkshake instead, but I definitely would’ve preferred the moolate. They didn’t even put my food in a tray they just threw it in the box so it was a little annoying to eat. I normally pull my honey bbq out when I get home so this was inconvenient and messy. I work as a manager at a DQ in Ohio and I was pretty disappointed to say the least.
