Best Mexican restaurant I have ever had bar nun. I'm 64 year old and Love Mexican food but this place takes it to another level. Would recommend it to anyone ?

Most other restaurants weren't open on Sunday. Nuevo Vallarta was. The servers were super kind and the food was fast. The food was delicious. Many times the rice and beans on the plate will be dry and bland. The rice and beans were flavorful, fluffy and amazing!Street tacos were on point!! We will definitely revisit this restaurant.

Your plate is so big that you're going to have to ask for your takeaway box, everything is very delicious and very good service. The place is very clean and the horchata is delicious!!!

So when it comes to Carson Valley, Minden, Gardnerville ,Carson City, there is no shortage of Mexican food restaurants but this one is the best I've been to in the four years I've lived here and I'm not kidding there's a Mexican restaurant every 50 yards but this one they make you feel like family they all have Smiles on their face they're all willing to please now let's get into it the food portions are humongous seriously and the drinks the flavor of their margaritas they definitely are unique my hats off to the owner what a great job you have done

Food was very bland. I don’t like hot spicy food but I do like some flavor. Even the table side guacamole was bland. The taco salad was so bland I had to add table salt and pepper which didn’t help at all. Reminded me of nursing home food. The drinks were very good and they didn’t short on alcohol! Service was good.
The Carne asada was delicious! There was so much food. I think we'll share one plate next time.

I had a grilled shrimp dinner that was excellent. The shrimp were large and numerous! They've done an excellent job of making this X-MacDonnalds into a reasonable venue.
