This sonic is a hit or miss for me the food is sometimes good and hot and sometimes it’s very bad. ANOTHER BUMMER is they never update their hours on google about a month or 2 ago they closed at 8 then google says they close at 9 but when you go there they have a had written sign that says they close at 7 ???? Hahah bummer!

We waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes!!! 20 of that was behind the car at the window. Thinking they had a huge order that was still too long... these people only had 2 drinks and the smallest bag I've ever seen at a fast food place. Very upsetting to wait that long and paid way too much as far as I'm concerned. On top of that the 3 vehicles behind me left... don't blame them, if there was somewhere else to go here I would have left too!! Get your s@& together Sonic!! The burger buns were stale and looked like they had been smashed, the popcorn chicken was cold as were the fries. Oh and there was no onion rings either and the banana shake only had 2 pieces of banana about 2" long each. Poor service, poor food. Will not go back after this!!!

This is a great Sonic location! Food was prepared very quickly and was very fresh. All of the staff was very helpful, even staff members that seemed to be on break were happy to help with whatever. Cool employees, very friendly.

This place is always closed. I've come here three times during the past week, between 9am and 10pm and they have been closed each time. When they are open, the service is horrible. A month or so ago I ordered and paid for a milkshake on their app, when I got there I was informed they were out of ice-cream. How does an ice-cream shop run out of ice-cream? Then they refused to refund my purchase. I asked for some kind of credit voucher - nope couldn't get that either. She said I had to come back the next day and talk to someone, so I did, only to find them closed.

Brooklyn has the personally of a wet mop she is very unprofessional and rude. According to the menu, the ingredients in the "Brownie Batter Master Shake" does not say it has chunks of Brownie in it. I ordered 2 "Brownie Batter Master Shakes" but what I received instead was 2 Brownie Blasts. How do you drink a Milkshake thru a straw with pieces of Brownie in it? You don't. If it has chunks in it, it isn't a Milkshake its a Blast and you eat that with a spoon. I am very disappointed in the service I received from Brooklyn. I also had to pay a second time to replace the Milkshakes that she made the first time.

We came in today and we are pulling a camper. It is too tall for the drive through and technically they are only doing drive through. They were so nice and took our order as a walk up. We chose this spot because we knew we food turn the camper around and to have sonic also allow us to place our order this was was wonderful!

As usual the food was very good however we were disappointed that there was no curbside service. Hopefully one day they will have enough employees to where they can provide curbside service again

Worst Sonic I have ever dealt with. At one point sonic was my favorite food chain but unfortunately the Minden location has failed to deliver every single time I have gone. Between the employees attitudes, the cold food, and now it's a crapshoot on whether or not they are open.

It's not awful for fast food but I don't go often but when I have they've been out of the few things we wanted to order and worse I've ordered on the app and didn't find out they were out of any of the items I paid for until they brought my 1/2 order out to me with a few dollars to cover what i didn't get. So here i sit without enough food for the family. If I'd known they were out i would have ordered more of something else. Pretty disappointing over and over again.

When you go to Sonic, you'd generally expect a working drive-in, decent fast food, and considerate staff. This sonic has none of that.I had to wait more than 10 minutes after pressing the button, until I finally decided to walk up to the door and ask to be helped. The screen on the drive in console was perfectly functional, the button was flashing, and there was absolutely nothing on the drive in console to indicate that they weren't taking orders from the drive-in. When I went to the front door to ask, the lady who came out very rudely informed me that they weren't taking orders from the drive in, and that they "didn't want to waste paper" on notifying customers about this. I understand that it's cold out this time of year, and like everywhere else, sonic is understaffed, but couldn't they have at least turned the screens off, or better yet, instead of waiting for me to come up in ask, just tell me through the console to pull into the drive through? And then to be rude to me on top of that. This has to be the worst Sonic I've ever been to.To make matters even worse, though, they didn't even have what I wanted when I actually did place my order.Don't eat here, go to the one in Carson City.
