1st time customer. First their's no walk- up, or drive-up. Only drive through forcing one to handle your food inside your car. Ordered a root beer float, and they served it in a regular cup, regular flat lid, allowing no room for the foam to expand to. They shoulda served it in a domed lid. I put my straw through. Remember back to your 2nd grade, baking-soda volcano project? That's right, exploded all over my car's consol, steering wheel and carpet, hands and pants. Afternoon ruined by Sonic.

1 star for the poor attitude of the little teenagers working there. Ordered a large iced tea with my food and the ice was filled all the way to the top. I get that if the brewed tea is warm because it would melt the ice but no literally 2 small drinks and the tea was gone and ice is still to the top. Also the strawberry shake was barely mixed and had maybe 1-2 strawberry pieces it tasted like a vanilla shake. When I spoke to the kid about they refused to fix it and said that's how it is.

been there 3 times to get dinner last night went there husband ordered chili dog and they had no chili but wanted to continue take our order, but we canceled our order this was not the first time they did not have ingredients for the food we ordered will not go there again

This sonic is a hit or miss for me the food is sometimes good and hot and sometimes it’s very bad. ANOTHER BUMMER is they never update their hours on google about a month or 2 ago they closed at 8 then google says they close at 9 but when you go there they have a had written sign that says they close at 7 ???? Hahah bummer!

We waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes!!! 20 of that was behind the car at the window. Thinking they had a huge order that was still too long... these people only had 2 drinks and the smallest bag I've ever seen at a fast food place. Very upsetting to wait that long and paid way too much as far as I'm concerned. On top of that the 3 vehicles behind me left... don't blame them, if there was somewhere else to go here I would have left too!! Get your s@& together Sonic!! The burger buns were stale and looked like they had been smashed, the popcorn chicken was cold as were the fries. Oh and there was no onion rings either and the banana shake only had 2 pieces of banana about 2" long each. Poor service, poor food. Will not go back after this!!!

Wow, score! Can't believe there's a Sonic in Gardnerville. Diet Cherry Limeade, one of the tastiest ones I've had in years. It was happy hour so I got my Route 44 for half off, less than $2.; I think it was $1.50 something. The customer service was over the top friendly, can do and what a sweet girl (345pm, tallish caucasian female). Hours 9-6
This is a great Sonic location! Food was prepared very quickly and was very fresh. All of the staff was very helpful, even staff members that seemed to be on break were happy to help with whatever. Cool employees, very friendly.

I don't get the low reviews of this location. The only disappointing thing was there is no drive up service- just drive through only. Probably due to lack of staff. The workers were friendly, efficient, and the food was great.

This place is always closed. I've come here three times during the past week, between 9am and 10pm and they have been closed each time. When they are open, the service is horrible. A month or so ago I ordered and paid for a milkshake on their app, when I got there I was informed they were out of ice-cream. How does an ice-cream shop run out of ice-cream? Then they refused to refund my purchase. I asked for some kind of credit voucher - nope couldn't get that either. She said I had to come back the next day and talk to someone, so I did, only to find them closed.

Brooklyn has the personally of a wet mop she is very unprofessional and rude. According to the menu, the ingredients in the "Brownie Batter Master Shake" does not say it has chunks of Brownie in it. I ordered 2 "Brownie Batter Master Shakes" but what I received instead was 2 Brownie Blasts. How do you drink a Milkshake thru a straw with pieces of Brownie in it? You don't. If it has chunks in it, it isn't a Milkshake its a Blast and you eat that with a spoon. I am very disappointed in the service I received from Brooklyn. I also had to pay a second time to replace the Milkshakes that she made the first time.

Absolutely the worst Sonic that I've been to...watered down CherryLime aid and cold hotdogs. No car service, drive through only....had to ask for a box and napkins. Cannot recommend
