They don’t appreciate the driver time, if you come early, they’ll make you wait for your appointment on the side of the road!
The restroom is at receiving and is in top line, but the machine for snacks is a true thief who takes your money without giving you nothing, overnight parking on the road

Night shift security guy at gate was super pleasant and helpful.
Lady in shipping office was too. Very nice and friendly.
She even made me the best coffee ever.

Don’t come here for a live loads either pick up or drop off they are so lazy they will take all the time

The place is a Starbucks roasting facility. Not a cafe. Trip Advisor needs to get it right or stop advising. It’s a waste rod time and apparently we were not the first people to stop by.

Bad experience they dont hear the person who come yo delivered

Pulled in at 4:30pm for a 5pm appointment they wouldn’t let me check in said it shifts change wouldn’t even let me go park over at the check in door and wait 30 minutes told me to go back to the Street and wait till five why give 5 clock appointment time out if you are making drivers wait stars bucks is turning into a amazon straight up shit show

6am live-unload appointment turned into a drop&hook, dropped the empty trailer off, found my trailer that I'm picking up (took a picture of the seal) and bobtailed to the shipping/receiving office around 05:45am. Office doesn't open until 6am so waited in the truck until 6am, walked inside and the shipping/receiving office had a notice on the glass window of them being in a 1-hour meeting so 07:05am is when I finally got assisted with my BOL. Easy drop&hook location. Without the waiting I'd say it'll take about 30-45 min tops with doing a pre-trip on the next trailer.

Very slow loading time regardless you come on time, late or before appointment timeOvernight parking on the side of the road ( no restroom). They only provide restroom while they load you( which takes forever). Very slow and unprofessional.

Anytime I come here for a pickup or delivery it's always been a pleasant experience. Granted, some can be improved but not every time will it be that way. Is this facility 24 hrs?

Hello Starbucks! I was reading all the reviews upon arrival and got very disappointed at first but was hoping for the best! My appointment time was scheduled for 1pm ,so I spent the night right there on the side of the facility, woke up at 8am and was little bit struggling to go to the security and try to get my self checked in,guess what they gave me a door right away and got me unloaded! All I'm saying is very professional guard and wear house folks! Thank you so much for saving me a bunch of headaches
