This was a warehouse delivery, went great,in and out. Drop and hook. Overnight street parking,but the street is very busy other than that all good.

The security guards do not allow you to enter the territory ahead of time, the atmosphere is not entirely pleasant

We had deliver this morning for Denys group at same address, I called the person who was responsible for pick up his load was so rude, he think I work for them even not give us a good direction.

Truck drivers are treated badly here

extremly rude security guard, its my third time here in three weeks,my both previous experince was not good already,
sunday oct 6, 2024, at 12 10 pm, old guy at security didnt let me drop loaded trailer and pickup emty trailer bcz he dnt knw what to do? i expalin him this is under ITS , and i m supposed to drop of nd pick emty trailer, but he dnt wna listen, he even dnt let me talk to reciver office, yelled at me go out of property , come tommorow at noon,exactly 24 hour wait outside building bcz he dnt wna listen anytingh.

Place sucks….. 1 star because u can overnight park on the street…. Guards are rude talk to you like a child…. They changed my appointment to the next day never called and told anyone……

I would like to say that they let me in 1 hour 30 minutes earlier than the appointed time. Still, try to arrive at the appointed time so that you do not have any unnecessary questions. That's the only problem. I arrived at Starbucks much earlier, but I had to wait. But 1.5 earlier, they still let me in. When they give you a door, don’t tear off the seals, they will come and remove them themselves. Unhook the trailer and stand nearby. Unloading times vary. The staff is very friendly, thank them for that. Good Company, but I would still like them to respect our time, since any downtime is a waste of our budget. For this alone,,,???? stars. They working only by appointments. Nice guys working this place. Overnight parking available on the outside the facility street. The restrooms are inside of building. They load me within 2 hours.

Called to see if my load was ready. They said we can't give out that information they omly email. He rude and hung up the phone. All was asking was load ready or was it a live load do they need a empty worthless people. There is a reason I don't drink strarbucks coffee. Liberalism is a mental disorder. He said we don't don't talk to drivers as if we're beneath him.
