This is the first time I've been here to pick up my Starbucks, and no one told me where I should park my truck and then check in at F1,When I find an empty place and I don't think it's obstructing passing traffic,F1 sign into the office An old woman with glasses, very bad attitude, if this job makes you so unhappy, why work here? Can't a company the size of Starbucks even find a good receptionist? Two stars because the security guard at the gate is still conscientious,In this position, I hope the Starbucks management can find a patient person. The driver works very hard every day, It's a bad day to come here and let someone like that affect your mood!This F1 staff, with a discriminatory attitude, because I don't speak well? You're supposed to yell at me because I don't speak well? No quality at all, and if she has kids, I'm ashamed of her kids

Where dropped pin its the guard shack. This facility it's 24 hr if you get early here don't bother of trying to enter they are very estrict with the appointments and won't let you in the night before. You can park on the street, there is a lot of parking space over Starbucks way.

Attention drivers: Do not accept loads from here. They are not driver friendly, they do not allow drivers to check load status prior to arrival, and have a history of canceling loads, leaving drivers stuck here with no parking and no other nearby shipping facilities. I would not consider any of the staff that I dealt with here to have been pleasant.Companies like this should be fined for canceling loads within 24 hours of pickup.0* friendliness0* driver appreciation0* accommodations0* consistency5* quiet and secure area

Secuirty guard need to replace hiring new good people they waste my time every time they have problem with my company I come 15 minutes before at check in office he said come back at appointment time no need to deliver load
We recently had an experience with a driver that left me deeply disappointed. The driver was treated rudely and discriminated against due to a language barrier. The clerk at the shipping office just refused to load the truck due to language issues with my driver. Driver was told no English- no load for you. I firmly believe that every employee, regardless of their language proficiency, should be treated with respect and dignity. Discrimination in any form is unacceptable, and it's disappointing to witness such behavior within an organization that I have had positive experiences with in the past.
