While usually I would avoid this specific starbucks because of the highschool being so close, it's actually really awesome! The baristas are super kind and polite, and the drinks are always made to perfection! I love spending time in there sipping my drink and playing my switch -- 10/10, will be back!

I LOVE THE PLACE .Kid-friendliness: They make the best hot chocolate for kids.
It's a Starbucks. The coffee is overpriced, but taste good. I have found that I go here much less often now that they've changed their star program and increase the prices of just a standard cup of coffee.

Pathetic... These snotty brats cannot get "drive thru out of their head" to pay an ounce worth of attention for half a minute. I get twice the service effort, for half the money at any self service ordering kiosk at any McDonald's in the country... No wonder their lobby is empty... "Perfect" ?

No wonder this Starbucks has only 2.5 stars, it's a total rip-off!I am relatively new to coffee, in general, so after seeing the big promo of their "Pistachio Latte", I figured I'd go to the biggest coffee shop in America so I would get the best cup of coffee.Boy, was I disappointed! Almost $7.00 for maybe 10oz. of coffee that was horribly BITTER, and no hint of Pistachio, whatsoever, is more than I can stand! I threw it down the sink.I got a bigger, fresher, and way tastier cup of coffee at 7-11, and it only cost $2.00!I will never waste another dime at Starbucks!

Where has the concept of customer service. Where employees understand they are hired for a job. Now just show up to socialize and pick and chose who you really want to help.I assumed a regular trip to Starbucks is in order based on wheather. I placed my order with Robert. He started some of my order then decided drive true was more important. I arrived at 2:34pm and did not leave till 2:56. Good thing, it gave me plenty of time to observe how my was set aside. While other customers, on drive thru or as a walk up. Some with orders with sandwiches and drinks. Their orders being fulfilled. When I asked how much longer, Zack decided to step in with sarcastic comments. Where did ( is there anything I can help you with ) went? Instead made a comment like I was a bother to his life. ( What does he need to leave ) yet he did not help. After a while and me asking when. Robert decided it was time for me. I was so confused. Was it time for a selfy or my order was finally going to be fulfilled. Once he provided my product. He apologized with a smirk. On my way out who else, yes Zack. With another sarcastic condensing voice ( hey so just wait some times ) Glad I won't be visiting this location. But if you read this pay attention when youare placed at the bottom of a tadpole.
