THis little airport restaurant at the Minden airport is a gem! Breakfast does seem to be the draw here. The omelet I had was a FOUR egg omelet with the best hashbrowns around! The prices here are super reasonable. The big omelet, including hashbrowns and toast was just $10.50. Coffee is $3.00 so there's that. I'll be back soon for more food. Service is very good too.
Food was just okay. I always try to support the airport cafes.. because of this I'm giving it an extra star.
Vegetarian options: Veggie burger seemed to be fried or that consistently. Really bad.
