Chile Poblano Mexican Grill

I've eaten here three times now. After initially ordering the loaded nachos appetizer as my entree. I can't resist orderering them when I go. It arrives sizzling on a hot fajita plate which ensure that the last bite is just as warm as you will want. I did try my wife's stuffed poblano on the latest visit and it was excellent as well. The rice doesn't have anything unnecessary and the refried beans are just right. There are a few other Mexican restaurants nearby in Moapa Valley and Mesquite, and this is hands down the best by far. I can't give 5 stars, just because I have to reserve something for when I try something else. On a side note, they have a bank of Tesla chargers just outside for those who use them.

Do not let location and outer appearance sway you. These are arguably the best tacos, chips and salsa I have ever had. I was skeptical at first but was blown away. I’ll be stopping much more in the future

Amazing street tacos and generous service. Quick stop off the freeway next to the Arco am pm. Great place to take a break on your road trip. I highly recommend the steak and pastor.

Chile Poblano blew me away with its incredible flavors and warm, welcoming vibe. Right off the bat, the complimentary chips and heated dipping sauce set the tone—fresh, crisp chips paired with a warm, smoky salsa that had just the right kick. Pure comfort.

The tacos were the highlight of the meal. The chicken taco was tender and perfectly seasoned, but the cochinita pibil taco stole the show—packed with rich, tangy flavor and melt-in-your-mouth pork that made every bite unforgettable.

If you're craving authentic, flavor-packed Mexican food, Chile Poblano is the spot. I'll definitely be back!

Talk about customer service…… So, we were headed back to Vegas and we stopped at the gas station and decided to get some food. However, we noticed that they closed in about 5 mins, even with this being the issue the staff welcomed us in and we ended up ordering to-go. The food tasted great and they were had extremely nice staff. We ended up eating in the car and one of the guys ended up coming out to us and gave us waters because he said “he felt bad”. This reminds me of some southern hospitality and just great people! Thank you guys so much. My burrito was bomb 💣

I ordered a steak burrito and they made it just the way I wanted it! It was DELICIOUS! We didn’t have to add seasoning to anything! If you’re on the road into or out of Vegas I recommend making this little stop. It’s connected to a Arco gas station. Don’t let that fool you. Thumbs up!

Stopped here for lunch between St George and Vegas. The food was excellent and well priced. The staff were very friendly, and answered some of our questions on how to create some of the dishes at home.

Amazing atmosphere, very welcoming. Please is clean and nicely decorated. Food was authentic. I recommend if you’re ever in Moapa to stop by and try this place. I got the chile poblano stuffed with ground beef. It’s by far the best chille relleno I’ve had at any restaurant. Everything we got was good.
