Alive Coffee and Smoothies

First time at Alive and I am completely disappointed. Will not be coming here again. Not only was my order wrong. Given an iced coffee after a 10 minute wait instead hot coffee. Coffee beans were OVER-ROASTED. Either beans were old, burnt or cheap. Both of my coffees tasted disgusting, not worth it! Save your money and go elsewhere. QUALITY AND TASTE IS TRASH.

we stopped to try smoothies out, ordered a small and was upgraded to a large because itt was our first time :) the cashier was so sweet, very knowledgeable and helped us choose what to get. i was so sad i didnt have any cash to tip but it just gives me an extra reason to come back. these smoothies and breakfast burrito are so good you can taste the quality of the fruits!! 10/10 recommend

Amazing food and service! The matcha I ordered was creamier and much sweeter than the ones you can get from places like Starbucks! It’s really easy to get in out and the people are very nice.

Stopped by the other day to get 2 double espresso for my wife and I when we pulled up to the drive thru speaker we were instructed it would take 5 minutes before our order would get taken. We were literally the only people in line with one person at the window. We ended up leaving not going to wait around in this hot summer heat and burn thru fuel for 2 double espresso.

Mood- Choices

At times we all come to the decision of go left or right. All circumstances have consequences whether good or bad. This particular day was all about healthier decisions. Yes I may have wanted some doughnuts and the not so healthy route, but for what I need to accomplish it was taking the other road. And I'm surely glad we did.

This place is drive thru only. So as you pull up there is the menu and you can always ask about any specials

Today we opted for the Kale, Earl Grey Iced, and a Blueberry loaf. Everything was very well prepared and the taste was on point.

Would most def recommend- the pricing was very reasonable for what was received. Now what really took the experience was the customer service. The lady that attended to us was very courteous and truly knew her menu. I have a daughter who has severe allergies and this lady was able to answer all of our questions with ease. Truly love that

I drove thru and ordered the iced weight control drink that I saw online which has ( cloves, ginger, and apple tea) it tasted really good & It has like 3 tea bags inside! ☺️- I viewed their doordash ordering menu days later and I think the named option for it there is listed as Slym tea.She also charged me $9-10 for the one large drink so I am not sure what happened there since looking back the menu board and doordash prices are way cheaper ?✨?..Id like to try the;- antioxidant drink with hibiscus pineapple and mango-blue princess&-choco secret sandwiches

Had the best coffee today! The staff at the drive through was great very friendly and respectful. He ensured my order was processed quickly. I highly recommend this coffee. The way it was prepared was great and the taste OMG very delicious if there a better word to describe the coffee! Will be back again

As a coffee head and author this place is such an oasis for people like me.I come here daily to work on my book im currently writing. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and peaceful. The first thing I noticed was the color scheme. The colors make for a vibrant environment and even if my mood is somber I instantly perk up once I get there. The coffee is so delicious and always fresh. The staff is amazing as well. Sam and Andrew are attentive to the orders. They are very sweet and respectful. They check on me and make sure I’m ok. Their energy matches the vibes of the shop. Overall, I love coming here. I get a lot of writing done and I leave feeling very satisfied and fulfilled. I look forward to coming here daily. As a mom on a budget sometimes even a cup of coffee is an expensive splurge and I’m happy to spend my $4 a day splurge here.Definitely give this place a try. I prefer it over Starbucks as it’s such a quiet intimate coffee shop. ?

I'm not really a fan of coffee, so i was really happy when i found out that they had alternatives like energy spritzers. my favorite right now is the orange dream, but TBH i haven't tried all the flavor and oh boy will i be coming here again. Alive coffee and smoothies. you're definitely seeing more of me.....i almost forgot to add that I got a cheese danish and a brownie. it was A-mazing. Customer service is amazing. Ada is so lovely and understanding. i most definitely coming back. 10/10 for sure.

Dietary restrictions: They got oat milk, almond and coconut milk. i definitely I'm coming back. I heard they got white Hot Chocolate. imagine white chocolate with coconut milk.what else could i ask for? I'm blessed.

Drive thru is weird to manage with the speaker being static filled and the drink specials being on a whole other menu that isn't present until you've placed your order and driven up. Service is pretty slow, took 15 minutes for a drink and a sandwich. I assume it was made fresh but taste was lacking pretty

Honestly, prices are high and the quality isn't the best. That's not the problem though. The main problem is that they leave you waiting a LONG time just to give you two items. They had me waiting 15 minutes for two smoothies. 15 MINUTES.Never again.
