First time visit and the mochi donuts are absolutely amazing. My son also got a croissant and he loved it. Customer service is severely lacking. I asked for a dozen and the gentleman at the counter just picked them out before giving me a chance to say what I wanted. Plus many of the flavors were out for the donuts. No greeting when coming in, no conversation what so ever except for the total on the order. So all reviews on customer service are completely spot on. Its a shame. I would like to come here more often but the employee interaction is terrible so I will probably wont be back any time soon.

I ordered the ube latte in the restaurant. It had a weird taste to it. Googled it on website and saw drink i got looked nothing like the picture of the drink in the website. I went back and a different employee helped me this time. She admitted it wasn't the drink I was supposed to get. She then said they were out of Ube and asked if I wanted a different drink. Chose a different one and left. This drink tasted just like the other one.

Worst coffee I have ever had. Donut tasted fine. The workers were not friendly at all.
Came in around 11:30am. My friends bought me donuts here before, so i was so excited to get some with my kids. The African america guy working there was so rude with order taking. He was not friendly at all and when my order was done he just left it on the counter. Not even telling me it was ready. No customer service at all. If he hated his job he should not be there. This makes me not want to come because of this experience. Other than poor service. Donuts are delicious.

First time trying Aloha Donuts as I'd never had a mochi donut before. I'm delighted by the chewy texture of the donuts. I even exceeded my guilty splurge by ordering a dozen and a half. Yes, I shared. The housemates were like happy kids knowing I got some Aloha Donuts. Surely getting some again for cheat weekends!

The younger girls that used to work here often were always so nice and made the drinks really good. The 2 new guys are always rude to my family and I when we come in. Plus their drink making skills aren’t that good. They never greet us /say hello back when we come in and say “Hello” before we order. The just stand there with a smug face. Idk what their issue is, but we’re always polite and use our manners when ordering and receiving. They talk low and never say “you’re welcome” or anything else when we say Thank you /Have a nice day. It’s mostly that one guy with braids/dreads with white hair tips. He definitely needs to work on his customer service skills. Dude looks miserable doing his job.
