I’d give this zero stars if i could. ordered a simple order but they somehow managed to mess it up. I ordered a meal with curly fries and yet i get home and there was none. I dont understand how can anyone mess up such a simple order. Very disappointing service.

They are most of the time super ghetto here. The food is normally stale and cold but this last time really did it for me to where I'll never come back. They asked me to pull around and wait while they made fresh fries when I got home I found one box of fries mixed curly and crinkle that were cold and stale and hard. I only asked for wrinkle hahaha won't be going back there who knows what they do to the rest of the food😱

Deep fried turkey sandwich "The Gobbler" was a great disappointment. It tasted like salty lunch meat nothing deep fried about it at all.

I applied for a job and the manager freddy messaged me about an interview. I agreed to do a phone interview. He was late on his call and he really needs to learn how to conduct an interview. Instead of saying that he could do the interview and pass on my info since this location is on the other side of the air force base, he just hung up.

I went there for my mother for the TV advertised $7 meal deal. When I asked for it they said it wasn't the deal. Paid full price. My daughter went after work and got the same meal for $7. The young lady taking my order didn't know her job. Disappointing experience.

Meal was incorrectly labeled with another order. This is not the first time Arby Aliante has not filled an order correctly or completely. We haven't ordered from this Arby's in almost a year, but we thought they would have correctly trained their employes or at least have a quality control person to check all orders.

Very polite gentleman greeting me at the window. He made sure my order was correct and made sure I had all my sauces before he handed me my bags. It was a pleasant visit from the typical drive-thru experiences I've had recently.
For my first time and it also being drive thru it was okay. The lady taking our order was nice but seemed overwhelmed. And the young man was a little to sturn when I was making sure I got my orders. When we got to the window the lady seemed so unhappy and that young man looked frustrated. All we could say to her was thank you to get a smile.

Usually I love this place how ever I just paid $17 for a beef and cheddar which only had 3 slices of meat, more bread than anything, my chicken bacon ranch fries for a first time trying them out had no chicken at all. None. This is horrible I asked the white boy why noMeat in my beef and cheddar and he said yea that’s how it suppose to be no sir not like that I use to work for Arby’s and beef and cheddar don’t look like a damn slider. ??♀️ never again
