Unlike the location near my house that I usually go to, the employees here were polite and efficient and not too busy goofing off to ever acknowledge my existence. From now on I'll drive the extra miles to come to this location.

Placed order and all was well. Food was handed out and window closed. No drink was given and no one would come to the window. Tried the door but was locked so went through again. When was informed no drink they said couldn't provide one for 2 minutes. Had food delivered but couldn't receive a drink for 2 minutes which was not stated when placing the order. I rate this as poor customer service. Bad customer communication at this location.

I’d give this zero stars if i could. ordered a simple order but they somehow managed to mess it up. I ordered a meal with curly fries and yet i get home and there was none. I dont understand how can anyone mess up such a simple order. Very disappointing service.

They are most of the time super ghetto here. The food is normally stale and cold but this last time really did it for me to where I'll never come back. They asked me to pull around and wait while they made fresh fries when I got home I found one box of fries mixed curly and crinkle that were cold and stale and hard. I only asked for wrinkle hahaha won't be going back there who knows what they do to the rest of the food😱

I applied for a job and the manager freddy messaged me about an interview. I agreed to do a phone interview. He was late on his call and he really needs to learn how to conduct an interview. Instead of saying that he could do the interview and pass on my info since this location is on the other side of the air force base, he just hung up.

I went there for my mother for the TV advertised $7 meal deal. When I asked for it they said it wasn't the deal. Paid full price. My daughter went after work and got the same meal for $7. The young lady taking my order didn't know her job. Disappointing experience.
