This place is completely time consuming and disgusting had appointments here by 8 am checked in 8.00 had to wait for 1.5 hr just to get door once you get door they will put you on wait and refer needed to run but inside temperature was not cold! After 3 hrs guy told me if i know to operate pump truck and load by myself but I refused and now i dont know how longer this place will unload my totally dispointig

lol I ran into the same guy as everyone else. At first same bullshit as everyone else too. You just need to have tough skin and the man returns back to human mode lol. Bring your green card and make sure you speak English you the stuff you need to know to be in America, fill out your paperwork ask for a dock.
Bonus: avoid walking the dock area with wrong slippers or Sandler during rain, you’ll end up doing a backflip like me.
Here is an easy manual to avoid getting lost and running into trouble: Step 1: arrive on time Step 2: enter building, walk to window. Step 3: fill out paperwork properly. Step 4: once all paperwork is filled, put them in basket on same window counter. Step 5: ask which dock and pallet jack .( do these steps right and he might even help you). Step 6: stand up for yourself, don’t get emotional just because someone saying something you may find disrespectful. Step 7: or completely avoiding coming to this place. lol

I don't know who this Mark guy is that everyone is talking about in the reviews, but the gentleman I worked with was actually quite helpful. Yeah he was a bit rough around the edges, but when you're unloading freight and you're in a time crunch, you really don't have time for niceties, "pleases", and "thank yous". But this was my first time ever doing a driver unload and the guy I was working with here went out on a limb to help me out and for that he's a pretty solid dude and deserves a raise. People are so quick to write off others as rude and derogatory towards others and while that may be true with some people, a lot of times especially in warehouse settings when you're on a time constraint you've just got to cut the crap and get stuff done. Don't take it personal, just get it done.
Would definitely deliver here again.

O ⭐ I brought in Frozen and this place wants you to break it down. Take it off the truck, break it down and then put it in the freezer box. I'm not doing that s*** if you're not getting paid $5 a mile, you're just wasting your time.

Delivered was told I had to unload my trailer said ok used there electric pallet jack unloaded 3 pallets and then Mark came with his forklift and unloaded the rest because I didn't complain and had a good attitude about self unload just Labeled the pallets for him ,you get what you give out attitude wise.
Unload trailer by drivers, Staff is rude.Never come again.

This is driver unload facility, it’s written on their checkin window. I started unloading very slow my self. But Mark came and help me to unload the trailer within half an hour.

Well,showed up 30 mins b4 9a appointment. Did NOT start unlding til 1040. Got mad cuz I didn't unld even tho they took the fr8 off a 930 truck 1st and put in the way. All pallet Jack's are electric and were either being used by docklands or plugged in and they have the balls to get get upset I hadn't unld truck yet...1 more customer I WILL NOT be returning to

9 am app checked in at 8:30 am. Empty by 10:00 am. They unloaded the entire load didn’t even mention anything about driver has to unload. The two other drivers also got unloaded by warehouse worker. Me and two other drivers parked overnight next to those two dropped trailers didn’t get bothered.
