I don't know who this Mark guy is that everyone is talking about in the reviews, but the gentleman I worked with was actually quite helpful. Yeah he was a bit rough around the edges, but when you're unloading freight and you're in a time crunch, you really don't have time for niceties, "pleases", and "thank yous". Delivered was told I had to unload my trailer said ok used there electric pallet jack unloaded 3 pallets and then Mark came with his forklift and unloaded the rest because I didn't complain and had a good attitude about self unload just Labeled the pallets for him ,you get what you give out attitude wise.
