“I think I rated this place once before and gave it 5 stars. I got the fish and chips with large ice tea. Very good steak fries and a good portion of food. Fish was a little heavy on the breading for my taste but all in all good. Service was quick and attentive.“

“I cannot rate the food being as I didn't have lunch here today but I have seen patrons thoroughly enjoying a meal at Bourbon Street. Ivera was very polite and made me feel welcomed as soon as I arrived. I love the 30 or so high quality TVs in the lounging area. It's not all about gaming here. There's arcade and Billiards to compliment having a good time. AC works amazing. This Bourbon St was also very very clean. Well kept. Good job Bourbon Street.i will be back.

“It was okay the bartenders were all right I've been to almost all 20 sumthin of them and you having different experience at every bar if you get to know the bartenders you will be okay but if you don't then it's hard to get a drink unless you stand at the counter forever but other than that bourbon is a chill spot that plays music“

“The bartender was nice and courteous but asked for ID and took pictures both front and back and when asked why he replied it's now company policy. As a customer I don't think most people would adhere to this policy considering all the fake scams around. The owners need to rethink this policy or end up losing faithful customers.“

“This Chilli's is nee to our area. We assumed that since there were so many cars parked outside that it was going to be packed. Surprisingly, it wasn't. It was busy but not packed. Our server Mia was in training and Carlos the manager. They were very tentative! They both had GREAT customer service! Our food order came out right, fast, and hot!“
“I love the extra perks like candy and more free play than the stations by far. The only bad thing is that some of the employee canbe a little snotty and when they are cleaning you would think that they might get a beating if not done and customers be damned. Over all though it's nice to feel safe and not hit upon by men like in a bar.“

“Very clean inside, the only problem I had was the personal on duty seemed more interested in visiting with friends than checking to see if I needed anything. When that was finally done I had to wait again until "she" was finished visiting with the same people to get a soda.“

“The service was excellent and location is convenient for the gamblers at the casino.
Only issue was the food being barely warm. Both my burrito and my wife’s burrito were on the cold side. What ever they use to keeps the ingredients hot back in the kitchen should turn it up a few notches.“

“The bartender was wonderful! We had planned to eat something but the shortage of a real cook made the menu limited. We played some video games and had a nice time visiting with the friendly bartender. I wish I’d gotten his name. He gave us a great suggestion for a nice meal and I won $4.50 on Keno.“
