Just went in for my weekly sherbet craving while six months pregnant and was told they couldn’t serve me because the line was already too long. Apparently there’s a sale going on for .80 cents and I had no idea about it, would have happily paid my normal 12 dollars like I do every week but they decided that the one time customers they have in line right now are more important. Will never return to baskin robins.

This is supposed to be the cookie dough sundae that is listed on the website.There is no hot fudge, no caramel per the description. When I called to ask why it was given to me like this, they said, we have to ask for all those extras.And the firl proceeded to hang up the phone on me. They said they weren't trained to make the sundae this way. I have been to this location several times and have received it the correct way, but for whatever reason tonight, they can no longer do it. $8.99 with half of the ingredients missing.

Ice cream is fine, but y'all have one person on staff on a Saturday afternoon. Hire more people so that next time, my ice cream doesn't melt before someone has the opportunity to get to me. If you can't afford to hire another person, you should get into a new line of work.

My family visits here maybe once a month or so, sometimes less frequently, and have been over the past 2 years now since we moved near by. It seems like they are always understaffed but Ive never had a bad experience other than wait times. I normally pick up a pre-made cake but decided to custom order one to ensure my son could get what he wanted for his birthday this year. The custom cake was much better than one of the pre-made, seemed to have a lot more ice cream too. I didnt get her name but the girl that was running it all was so apologetic for the cake not being ready at pickup, and I even showed up 10min later than the anticipated time. I wasn't in a rush and their was a line wanting scoops. No biggie. She got to it when she could which was maybe 5-10min. I didnt track but it was pretty quick.

2 stars because the Ice Cream is still good. Unfortunately the service was the worst ever. The server was so rude and refused to give me one scoop sundae. She stated they only serve 2 or 3 scoop Sundaes, yet their website says I can get a one scoop Sundae. My husband ordered 2 scoops so that he could get a Sundae with hot fudge, nuts, whip cream. Again she refused and told him he is only allowed 2 toppings. For heavens sake.... They should read their own website and learn customer service. We would have been happy to pay extra to get what we wanted but she refused. We have never had this issue with any other Baskin Robbins.

Me and my grandpa came here 7/25/25 11am as soon as they opened. The girl who opened the store was by herself and she had a major attitude. My grandpa asked her questions and she’d ignore half of them. We planned on ordering 3 triple scooped ice creaks paying with a 50 and letting her keep the change since she’s alone. We sampled a couple ice creams then she gave us 3 cups all single scoops. At first she tried to put all of our ice cream in the same cup! When it was time to pay the total was only 13 bucks because she didn’t make what we asked for. Instead she just made 3 cups out of the ice cream we sampled. I didnt even ask for that specific flavor I wanted a different one but we didn’t wanna overwork her so we just took it. And my grandpa expressed to her that we wanted 3 scoops of ice cream in 3 separate cups. But she just brushed it off and ignored him smh she took a phone call in the back while we were eating we got so annoyed we just left… not to mention ALOT of the ice cream buckets were empty ! Instead of putting a new bucket out she just left the empty ones there

I took my kiddos here last week after our visit to StretchMed, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. My son ordered a milkshake that tasted off, almost rancid, so they made him a new one, but even that had a strange flavor. I didn’t think to taste my butter pecan ice cream until we got home, and it had the same sour taste. I had to toss it.

They were also out of quite a few flavors, and this was early in the afternoon, which was surprising. Not sure if the milk or ingredients were spoiled, but something was definitely off that day.

These two employees are over worked due to understaffing! This place is very busy and they both handle it like professionals! Aylenn and Jonathan need help especially on a Saturday I am giving a five star to these two employees because they wouldn’t above and beyond.

First off I come here often and I really don't let things bother me. However, both employees I dealt with were extremely rude ! A new cashier help my daughter and I and didn't really listen to my scoops request. Then once it came time to purchase my items she just hit random coupon buttons on the screen. Instead of just inserting my birthday reward. There's nothing worse than not asking for help in a customer service job. Then the manager on duty was VERT snoty when I tried to explain the situation. Overall I'd have to say this location consistently gives bad service. I've had this experience 2 times now different people.

Got there a whole hour before closing and the two ladies working purposely turned off there blenders because they overheard that we were ordering multiple milkshakes
