Food was just ok. I’ll say the appetizers were the best part along with the bread. The steak was just ok, the lamb was over cooked and dry. Our waiter was to focused on the another table due the lady asking repeating questions multiple times. I’d say save your money and find another place to dine.

We had fettuccine and lobster. The fettuccine was not properly cooked, very hard. Not edible. The service was very poor. The server was not familiar with the menu items. Could not answer basic questions regarding the food and beverages. Will not be returning there.

Bistro 57 was excellent. The food and ambience was terrific. We arrived 15 minutes early and they were able to seat us right away and the restaurant was very quiet. The waitress who served us was superb and they had a Christmas special which was a three course fixed price meal for $49. The appetizer, entrée and desserts were very, very good.  I would recommend this hotel casino for anyone.

Food was just ok, wine was excellent. Staff are great, excellent service. Had a 2 yr old with us and they couldn't have been more accommodating. We were at hotel for a wedding and didn't want to leave on this evening. Worked out great.

Unfortunately I can only remember the name of two servers Victoria and Sean but they all are great servers. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommended!
