The food is delicious will absolutely be back. Had a little hiccup with the front hostess but was quickly resolved in a respectful manner. All the other staff were very nice and friendly. We got free dessert for our anniversary, was amazing.

We know to celebrate our special occasions at Bistro because it's always good. We love Victoria our server who remembers us each time! Tonight was our 35th wedding anniversary and we followed up with Show at Aliante! Great night!

We have had the Chicken Marsala there multiple times but the Marsala was not up to par. Apparently there was a new Chef. Our server Victoria was delightful. She has waited on us before & I will make a point of being seated at her table.

We ordered the calamari, and it was outstanding. Flash fried and extremely tender. For my entree, I had the seafood linguine, and the chef is very generous with their portion. Our waitstaff was Veronica and she was so supe nice and delightful.

I made reservations to see a movie at 6:45 pm so I made dinner reservations at 5:45 pm so we could grab a bite to eat before going to the movie, we were seated pretty quickly, took the waiter about 10 minutes to take our order, after waiting 40 minutes we finally asked our waiter if he could check on our food, it was now about 6:45, he apologized said he had a party of 27, 5 minutes later we got our food which was amazing, and yes we were 20 mins late for the movie.

I've heard about this restaurant for years in that it's very classy, but the food is affordable. Most dishes are at the $20-30 range. The complimentary bread is great, especially the rosemary buns. The lasagna was delicious. Our cheesecake dessert was great. The only thing lacking was that the eggplant dish really had no flavor. I get that it's usually the vegetarian option, but maybe add the option of adding meat sauce or spicy sauce for an upcharge, and that dish would really soar. Service here was top notch and everyone was very professional. This place makes a great date spot.

We're back! After being gone 25 years, we've moved back to Las Vegas. And what's this casino doing here? (Not to mention the freeway next to it.) Oh, well, times have changed, huh? But good quality food and service have not. The Bistro 57 proved that.
She had the lobster ravioli and I had the linguini frutti de mare (fra diavolo). Oh, my! Both dishes were wonderful--I'm not sure there's any seafood left in the ocean after being served these wonderful meals. Paired with a nice pinot noir from Sonoma County, it was all very modestly priced. (And for you veterans out there, look out for a very aggressive military discount!)
Of particular note was our server, Sean. Hearing about our little tale of meeting while being station at Nellis, he applied a discount we didn't even know existed! He was also extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we were taken care of the entire meal.
In all candor, this was a great Italian dinner and dining experience. We're locals again, so we'll be back soon.
