Server Britney made too many mistakes and the restaurant was pretty dead. Food was ok. I was so disappointed with the service. She didn’t offer any solutions.

This place used to be great, my wife and I have been coming here for over 2 years now ever since we moved to Vegas, we’d come and sit at the bar during happy hour on weekdays. The bartenders were awesome, friendly, attentive and knew how to run the bar well. Now the past few times we’ve been it has really fallen off. We sat down at the bar this time and were seen but not greeted for at least 15 minutes. Then the bartender sat menus down, asked how we were doing and proceeded to walk away. After another five minutes my wife and I decided our money would be better spent somewhere else from now on or at least we’ll try a different location, so we got up and left. Very disappointing experience.

When we got there we would have had to wait awhile for a table so we decided to sit at the bar. I was worried because I can't bend my leg much and normally high stools are difficult for me to sit on but these were fine because there was a bar attached to the bar where I was able to rest my foot comfortably. Service was good and the food we ordered was delicious. This was my son's second time there and my first. I'm sure we'll be returning.

I ordered 2 orders of the avocado egg rolls one for my daughter and her friend to share and the other all for me because I love them that much I got into my 3rd bite and got a long strand of blond hair out my mouth from that third bite got the manager over and he cracked a joke about it as if I’m making it up either way not funny I’m black I don’t have blonde hair as well as my daughter and her friend now they watching and they’ve decided they don’t want to continue eating they tray of egg rolls at this mountain extremely disappointed for I had my mouth fixed for them any way the children decided to continue ea they’re portions than my daughters friend found a hair in hers as well! I mean WTH ! Yes the took the food and did not charge us for those and they gave us free dessert but I still spent close to 100 dollars on our meal I don’t think we will be back to this location awful

Overall pretty good food options and plenty of drink options. I just wish they would put a little effort into the outdoor patio area. The patio is too close to the busy road to be left wide open. They should put up something to block the road out a bit and people might actually use the patio. Then they could also open at least one of the big doors when it’s nice out

Pretty good customer service . The waitress was attentive considering how busy it was. Definitely would recommend the avocado rolls… “amazing”!

I got the chicken lunch special and it was so good. And the snickers pizookie was OMG delicious!

False advertisement. Plus they did not serve chuggies.

I liked this particular Bj's. I normally go to the one in Centennial but wanted to try this and I will go there again.

This place was great, and the food was amazing. Their weeknight deal was a big burger and bottomless fries for $13. Brisket AND bacon on a burger, PLUS bottomless fries?! For under $15?! Yes, please!

Our party of 10 had a great time and food was excellent.. waiting staff were friendly and very attentive. Definitely recommend to others.. thank you

We had an incredible server at our most recent visit here. The food came out promptly although the restaurant was pretty busy on this Friday night. My only complaint was that we received chicken potstickers that were completely under cooked, and nearly raw in appearance after biting into one of them. My husband unknowingly ate the entire potsticker before I noticed the issue seconds later...ewww! My server quickly apologized and offered to have them remade. I requested that they were to be deep fried instead of pan seared just to ensure that they were fully cooked next time around.

I saw the manager with the server as she explained the issue and then the two were at the pos terminal together for a moment I'm sure ringing in my new order. I don't like that the manager never came over to check on our table after the mishap. Isn't that one of their responsibilities to their guests? It would have been great if management stopped by to acknowledge the issue that was brought to their attention.

The potstickers also took longer than expected to reach our table. There should have been emphasis placed on correcting the order and getting it sent back to us asap. We came in and ordered various appetizers to share and by the time the potstickers arrived we were mostly done eating so we took them to go.

Despite having worked all day our server and the atmosphere helped us muscle up the energy to enjoy our meals and 2 rounds of beers.
Would definitely be back.
I asked for the salmon to not be over cooked and unfortunately it was but we were too hungry and tired to say anything... And my tortilla soup was a bit too salty . .
