Walk in no acknowledgment from the bartender as I sat at the bar . Didn’t offer me a menu or a drink . I’m patiently waiting as she just continues just to talk who seems to be a regular .5-10 minutes waiting a couple walk in and goes straight to them which sat two seats next to me. I’m still completely ignored .It was not busy there was less than 10 people in the building 4/15/24 8:55pm

Update: I gave the restaurant an additional star as the chief of staff for this company reached out about my nightmare experience. Please watch out for bartenders who want to pretend like they are managers.I sometimes visit Born and Raised establishments around the city mostly for the atmosphere because the service from the staff is usually hit or miss unfortunately… The food is definitely overpriced (as apparent from other reviews) but it is pretty good. During my most recent visit the service was definitely a miss. The restaurant’s system caused a blatant error on my bill and when I brought the issue up to one of the staff, Sia (a bartender who claimed she was a manager), acknowledged the error but said I still had to pay it because services were provided. This made no logical sense at all so I asked to elevate it and she stated that her management does not deal with issues like this. The "pretend" manager (Sia) was completely wrong as a more competent manager (Monica) was able to fix the issue. I elevated the issue to their chief of staff and found out that the management team actually DOES care about issues like this. Their management took the time to hear my issue and clarified that Sia was NOT a manager. The chief of staff then stated that identified what went wrong with my check, developed a work around to mitigate this issue happening to other customers, and trained their staff on how to prevent this from happening. I hope this does not happen to anyone else, but I encourage you to reach out to their management team on IG, Facebook, or Gmail if you have any issues that cannot be resolved in the store because the management does, in fact, care for feedback whether good or bad. I will give it another this company another chance thanks to their management team (not bartenders who falsely claim and pretend they are managers...)

1st time at the new centennial Hills location. Food was pretty tasty. Service was fantastic, but the prices are in line with what you would pay at the strip. $20 for a burger, $12-15 for two slider À la cart? $10 for fry’s? Price for what you get alone will make me not return. Shame would of been a regular place I would go to.

This place is awesome. Everything from the food to the atmosphere to the staff is 5 star quality. Our server Dominic a.k.a. Demo was fantastic!! We will definitely be back just because of him and his awesome service alone. I would recommend this place to any in everyone I would recommend this place to any and everyone!!

My husband and I stopped in for dinner Friday night. It was my first time visiting this location and my husbands first time at a Born and Raised. We sat at the bar, and were greeted by Monica with a friendly smile and great service. The food was excellent. The bar and restaurant is beautifully well lit, good music playing and plenty of TVs to watch the current games. We’re looking forward to future Friday night date nights together.

Came on a slow night to watch the Golden Knights and relax. Ambiance and music were perfect after a crowded work day. The server, Domo, and drinks were great. Although, the food could've been better. Usually, it's a phenomenal spot to share with friends. I'll charge it as a slightly off night. Try the Jameson Mule!
