I've been in the dottys club every since I moved to. Vegas over 14 years ago I've been in the bourbon street club ever since I moved to the north side a loved across the street going on 6 years now I have been a customer longer then the bartenders have been at this Location. Speaking up I went in to night after a 7month brake to see the it a pack nearly any machines available like 2 or 3 Game Kings my favorite is The U1s which I sit at the one that's by the bar but have another seat next to it not the single one the double side U1 . Some men was sitting there when I enter so I patiently waiting for one to come available he left and got his things and left out I tried to gather my things and go to the U1 to see the 5:30 bartender saving it for someone that wasn't even there i ask she said soneone sitting there after the save of over 10min here come someone walking in walk to the ATM and went to that machine I was surprised to know that this was allowed now which is unfair to people that arrived first that can't have a machine because the bartenders are saving them for their friends or maybe they Tipers idk but it unfair and unacceptable.like I said I've have been spending money with this company since I moved to Vegas over a decade ago

The bartender was nice and courteous but asked for ID and took pictures both front and back and when asked why he replied it's now company policy. As a customer I don't think most people would adhere to this policy considering all the fake scams around. The owners need to rethink this policy or end up losing faithful customers.

DO NOT come here if you’re looking for good service!!First time coming here since moving in the neighborhood and we thought that the atmosphere is really nice… but I decided to walk out of here because the worker is so damn rude!!! The attitude is just nasty and not friendly at all! We tried to lighten the mood and joke around and she was just an old bitter person!This place has potential and should hire people that actually wanna work there. After seeing these reviews… I guess all workers here are just plain rude???You guys are losing a bunch of customers because your employees are TERRIBLE.

Ok, first and foremost, this IS NOT A BAR. It's a video casino with a lunch counter that serves drinks. I'm 59 and bald. When I walked in the sales associate carded me 3 steps inside. I laughed, thinking it was a joke, because in 33 years living here no one ever carded me to come in a casino. When I questioned if she was serious she said "well this is a casino" (long emphasis on IS - like I was the idiot).I said, if you say so (it's just video slots, no live games, which is casino btw). Then she walked away to the back of house out of sight. No, "what would you like to drink, or eat". I walked out and left it at that. Not a bar.
