I gave it a rating of 3 stars because it does not seem like the workers want to be there. They don't smile, they are not friendly and they are just rude. I tried to be friendly and they just brushed me off as if I was bothering them. I didn't like that. Look - if you don't want to be at work, call off or something because you are making it hard for your customers to feel comfortable and enjoy their time there.

Went to this Craig location yesterday and waited approximately 27mins to be seated. What a disaster of a dinner. Our sever came back and let us know my father’s order was out of stock and had to order something else so we did. Dad’s burger came out first, 10 minutes later my mother, wife, and my wings came out. The wings were extremely dry and hardly had any sauce on them. That’s not the worst part. They never even brought out my 5 year olds order and he was the hungriest out of the group. Apparently the kitchen messed up the order but the server failed to let us know leaving my son without food for a while. I would definitely not come back to this location ever again.

Ordered 4 months apart and they still don’t know how to read their own labels on the sauce. I never get the correct flavors and they are the worst at correcting things. Manager 1/14/25 is a condescending dingbat.

This location SUCKS called in and order they told me it was going to be 40 to 45 minutes then put me on hold then someone else picked up the phone to place my order said it would be 15 to 20 minutes I get there and my order was never placed..... what a waste of time. Just another reason robots will replace you all together

The food was fine but the online order I placed said it would be ready by 6:20pm. I arrived too the pick up location at 6:15. Food didn't come out until 6:50.
On Saturdays the place is packed and there's no personal to help the customers. I waited 30 min just to order my food.

Ordered the 15 piece buffalo traditional wings to go the wings were dry there was no sauce on the only vry little sauce at the bottom at the bottom of the card board box nothing on the wings also they only give you one small cup of dressing that is only filled half way for 15 wings is not enough returned the wings for my money back don't think I will be coming back to this location

I would go there again but will never order the boneless wings again. They are literally tiny pieces of chicken with WAY too much breading! There is more breading than chicken. And they are very tough also. Fries were meh, and came out lukewarm.
The other wings are fine, sauces are fine. Husband and I orders a side salad to split and it was very small. Ranch dressing had a tangy taste, not that good.
Service not the best either. Server got most of the order wrong! Wrong sauces, etc. we had to call him back to table twice to correct things

Last time I ever go here, waited 45 mins for food 20 mins for our check french fries were cold and the chicken sandwich we got was not right the chicken sandwich was hard to chew , and was gambling and didn't get comp for a soda but would have comp me a beer?
