Took very long. Placed an order on the app and set jt to an hour ahead just incase, got there at 1:50, didnt walk out with my food until 2:25pm. Waisted my whole break just sitting here waiting when it should've been ready by said time and its not even the first time its happened. Gotta get it together.

The service was amazing! Ariel was friendly, attentive, and she went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. She was also managing 4 other parties when we sat down and gave the same energy and kindness to them as well.
Today I went into craving wings. . My server got the entire order wrong , I was not upset because it happens but then I realized when we told him about flavored wings we didn't get he took it back and brought it back drenched in a different sauce as if we didn't notice.. our fries were old and stale , I just think big corporations do not care about the service they give but their money they receive I still tipped him even though he was not focused on anything besides giving us what we wanted .

Technically, a zero star. After patiently awaiting our meal for over an hour, we were disappointed to find that it had grown cold upon arrival. Despite bringing this to the attention of the manager, we encountered a lack of customer service skills and concern. Our disappointment was compounded by the fact that our children, who typically receive their meals promptly, also experienced an extended wait. Overall, our experience at this establishment fell short of our expectations in terms of service quality.

Sat down at the bar, we were the only people even at the bar at the time. Waited over 50 minutes to get food. 20 minutes just to get drinks. No napkins. No refills offered. When asked if the manager was going to address the issues she said no she’s too busy inside the kitchen.

Brought out kids food 1st cold, then took 30 minutes to bring out our wings. Waiter has very poor service and full of excuses why the kitchen staff would not get our order done.
This Craig location, somehow is everyi time worts, cold food, no refills, missing food, long wait, today we was there to celebrate my sister in law birthday and the service was really poor as well as the food. We just to love the place but now we barely visit the location.

I was told my order would be done at 12:40. When I got there the dude told me he'd be right back, then disappeared into the back for 20 minutes. Comes back out and asks me what I want, like bro come on. I want my food lol. Now it's 1:10pm and still no food, there's also a line of pickup orders as well. Others waiting for their orders. If you plan on getting food at this BWW specifically, order in, cause they seem to be getting their food. I'm not coming back here.
