Absolutely worst Burger King in Vegas. Just ordered from there. They ran out of chicken sandwich buns. Asked for replacement to another sandwich of equal price... Manager refused. Slowest service as well. Since covid this location is below bad service. Tried to give them a shot, but it never gets better. Starts with Manager...if they don't care then the staff won't care.

Pulled up to oder food around 11pm. Was told by employee be with me in a minute. After about 3 minutes so waiting. Pulled forward and only 1 vehicle at the window. Backed up and was told the same thing again. 2 minutes pass by and another vehicle pulls up and they took their order before me after I had been waiting over 5 minutes at this point. This Burger is always an problem when trying to order food
If you don't mind waiting 10 minutes to get your food this is the place to go.

No one works in this place. You can be waiting for food and they are talking, working drive thru, or on their phones. It literally takes 20 to 30 minutes to get food. They were using one fry basket to make fries then the chicken sandwiches and the 2 making the food were talking nonstop slowing down the entire process.. This location should be closed down

First of all, I got here at 9:30 and the lobby was closed even though the hours said they were open until 10:00. So I had to go through the drive-thru and call them out on it for them to open up the lobby for me. Also, the only reason I came here was because the app told me I would get free tater tots with a minimum purchase of a dollar. I spent $6.07 and the so-called manager here could not give me my free tots. Also the app is trash. You can't order breakfast or any of the specials off of the app, which is what led to this problem. I hate McDonald's but their app works a lot better and I don't have those issues there and guess what? McDonald's is right across the street. So I guess I'll be going there until Burger King fixes their issues with the app or at least figures out a way to have a manager override and give me a special offer I was able to show him I was due. Smgdh

Ordered from the app and waited in line for 30 minutes for a simple order. There was only one car in front of me. The people working don't seem to know what they were doing. Food wasn't the best. Will go to a different location next time.

Absolutely awful. The managers are completely disrespectful to their staff, I've seen one manager named Shawn make one of his staff cry due to his own mistake. That manager sits in the back talking to the kitchen staff, messes up orders and just talks, leaving 1 or 2 staff in the front to deal with all of their mistakes in which those stressed staff have to deal with their complete incompetence. Do not eat there, do not support those managers, and do not get mad at those poor cashiers.

Ordered a Chicken ? Sandwich Combo, Asked for Fries No Salt. I'm A Elderly Veteran. 3 Hours Later While Eating Meal. Fries Good No salt as I requested.
But the Chicken ? Sandwich Seens Like they Poured Whole Salt Container on it. Plus Lettus Looked Old And Wet, Not Fresh and Crispy as Lettus should Be.
Had to Throw it away. TOO SALTY ?. ONLY GOOD PART OF COMBO WAS DRINK AND FRIES.
Service and workers polite, but need to make sure food is fresh, especially The meat.
