Burger thats getting made is not being cooked and served fresh. I ask for “Fresh Off Boiler” and I get microwaved heated food. Its easy to tell to the difference and it happens very often

Went drive thru it took 5 mins for them to take my order. There’s no line either. The guy took my order is very unprofessional “ I order one of the melts and when he repeated what I said it was something else so I corrected him and he said “ I’m sorry there’s a lot of DAMN same thing in a menu”. I checked my order i specifically told him no sauce on my burger and yet they put sauce on it. The next window the teenager handed my order feels like she doesn’t want to be there. Very poor customer service.

My son picked up the new Mushroom Swiss burger for me I substituted sauce for mayonnaise when I went to eat my burger or my bread fell apart and slipped off my burger because it was doused with mayonnaise disgusting

Food is always good. One of the employees not sure his name makes our experience so wonderful. Wish I knew his name to give him the credit he deserves. When he is not there though, a lot of the employees are visibly not happy being there and they have such a stank face. What happened to service with a smile? And those employees are so slow too. We have waited 15 mins for two whoppers. I’ve had food come out faster at dine in restaurants. Place a pick up order and go inside and u should be fine!

I ordered a 4 piece nugget and fries. Fries were ok but my nuggets look burnt
I ordered sausage biscuits and when I got home I realized they were rock hard and crunchy. Do not order biscuits here. Just horrible.

Badly managed, they are always out of things.... They don't stuck properly. You stay in line just to find out they don't have what is on the display all the time. You don't run in to that at McDonalds or any other competitor.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but since they won’t pick up the phone here it is. I order a chicken wrap and when I got home to sit down and eat.. After not eating all day because of work and school both full time… I opened my wrap and there was no chicken just mayo and lettuce. The chicken they call themselves putting on there was a nugget. If I wasn’t so hungry I would’ve laughed because I just knew I was getting punked. smh, they had no reason to do this because the customer service was good. It was a pleasant transaction . But WTH …Like who does this. Where my food… ?

Customer service sucks But what sucks more is how bright you keep your menu sign at night I straight up need sunglasses or to just shield my eyes because the menu is so bright. Chill bruv
I really feel the need to add, the name Burger "King" is such a joke. Burger King is like McDonald's crack headed cousin. They never have any customers yet take the longest. Almost always rude. It's. A. Joke. Franchise owners, get it together for real.
