Terrible service. Very slow, I saw 3 guys cleaning the cooking plate and only one guy doing the service. I came to pick up a dordash order and I had to wait almost 20 minutes

This is probably the worst cafe rio in town, every time I order from here theres something wrong. I've gotten hard rice TWICE, I've gotten burned rice another time, they never have horchata, and they almost always get my order wrong. I stopped ordering from this one for a while but decided to give it another chance (because its the closest to my house) and once again they didn't have horchata, gave me bad rice, and the wrong salad dressing.

Was looking for a better spot than Chipotle...This is not it. Smaller bowls, higher price, less transparency when it comes to ingredients. No thank you.

The food was good except the shrimp taco had hardly any shrimp on it, and they forgot a side of salsa that we had paid for.

This is bar none the worst location I have ever visited. The workers do not smile, they do not greet the customer, they throw the customers food, and they snip at each other on the line. This is wholly and completely a failure at the MANAGERIAL level. The manager and the manager alone bears the responsibility for the culture and disposition displayed at this location. Why they are still in charge I do not know
