They never answer their phone. I’ve called six times back to back for the past 15 minutes

5 ⭐️ – If you want an Outstanding Experience Every Time!

Capriotti’s at 1311 W Craig Rd, North Las Vegas, truly delivers on every front. The sandwiches are absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, flavorful combinations, and that signature quality you can taste in every bite. It’s also convenient and quick, making it the perfect stop whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go or picking up dinner for the family.

What really stood out was the personable service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Even when I brought my order home, the sandwich was still at a great temperature—warm, hearty, and ready to enjoy.
SO MUCH FOOD… 🤪
Highly recommend this location. Definitely a 5 ⭐️ Experience every time!

I enjoyed my sandwich. I was there at lunchtime, the wait wasn't long, and the staff was friendly.

Absolutely Terrible Workers some of the most lazy incompetent people ive seen work a sandwhich shop i remember when their was 4 ladys who ran that place way better. Definitely need to pick up the pace unbelievable doesnt matter if i place my order 20mins ahead of time still have to wait another 15mins in the shop thats 35mins my whole lunch break is gone. Its Fast food not slow food service people need to be replaced ASAP

We’re visiting LV and have seen the chain all around town so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the club and the Italian. The club was good, but the turkey was really dry and there was way too much mayo. The Italian was also good, but definitely needs oil and vinegar. Not terrible, but room for improvement.

Capriotti's has gone downhill over the last few years. I used to really enjoy going there and I would try to make it be once per month or so. The last three times I've went there I have been sort of disappointed. The price is higher than I remember every time, and the sandwich taste and quality has went down by about 20%. So overall about a 40% reduction in experience all considered. I try to be very fair with my ratings considering that the price of food has gone up a lot and I understand businesses constraints. However when quality starts dropping also as well as menu prices increasing then it becomes a problem.
I'll probably still go one more time and if it's okay I might revise my decision a little bit but if it's a fourth time of disappointing I'll just pick somewhere else.
