They are very slow here! Waited over 25 mins for a doordash order! As a delivery driver I shouldn't have to wait that long. I lost money because of the pace of this place plain and simple. Bad business practices!

Capprioties has always been good. Pricey but good. Recently they cut 2" off their subs but they didn't lower the price. That's cheap. They no longer have a 12" sub it's now 10 and the 20" is now 18. That's ghetto. They're food was already expensive. $18 for a 10" Bobbie, small bag of chips, and a bottle water. Go somewhere else save your $$$$$$

One of your employees has inch long finger nails. That can’t be sanitary. I don’t care if they use gloves. Plus the cheesesteak sandwich was nasty on top of all that. The soda machine needs a deep cleaning as well.

The cashier heavy set white woman was trying to argue with me that I just put in my order two minutes ago. I ordered online fifteen minutes before I got there.

Ordered a sandwich and when I asked for the relish she said they didn't have any. I asked for a refund and she said I would have to wait till the next day to get a refund. I took the sandwich that i will not enjoy since i like it with the spicy relish. Mind boggling they can't do a redund. Very bold customer service without concern for the customer. Never coming here again. I am in the restaurant industry and this is completely unacceptable. Also I was going to buy a bag of ghost pepper chips and they are expired by almost 2 months.

Came in by my self there was no one in the store I only order two sandwiches. 6 people came in as I was ordering. After me they placed their order. Every single one of them got their food before me. 6 sandwiches were made before my two. Completely disrespectful.
