Employee's do not recognize their own company's orders on an their app. They literally asked about confirming on my end, when it's not possible due to their app. The employee's need to be retrained.

I just walked in and the person behind the counter was visibly upset that I walked in to order food. I love Capriottis and do not like the fact this location is either under staffed or hires miserable people.

Awful, she still said it's weird looks like a mustache hair, we don't have mustache hair. Like no it's your coworker with thick hair if anything. If it was about free food I wouldn't go back to exchange it, id go back and get my money back.

The atmosphere is vibrant and enjoyable.

Sandwich shop found on Google Maps while driving through after the holiday weekend. Had good reviews and easy access from freeway.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Philly sandwiches were great.
Will visit again!

Ordered my sandwich and they took a few orders after mine then proceeded to make make everyone else's behind me. Took 24 mins to start making mine and after 30 mins I finally get mine and I am the only customer left in the store. Employees seemed bothered to be making my food and moved with a slowness that quite honestly impressed me as much as it pissed me off.

Cheese steak was outstanding! Coming back for sure

Disappointed but not surprised. Ordered the classic Italian(lg) and the sandwich was mostly bread and lettuce. It was decent to say the least, but I can't see myself getting something from here again.

A single person working at 8pm on a Friday. Not mad that he made my sandwich wrong, but I am mad at management for putting someone in this position. Maybe have the owner work by himself on a Friday and see how well he/she does.

I always get a Philly cheesesteak with sweet peppers and everything else on it which is mushrooms and onions and cheese. Unfortunately many times when I would take my food and leave and I'd bite into it. The peppers were definitely not sweet. They were spicy and it sucks because I cannot eat spicy food. So you got to be definitely thorough about what you want on your order, other than that they're usually on point and pretty good depending on the location. I've been to a couple locations where the manager that was in at the time was rude to me and just all around negative. So now I do not go to those certain locations
