Capriotti's have great sandwiches at all the locations we visited. A place to sit and eat. Clean and everybody was really nice.

Super nice guy at the register. I did ask for my sub to be cut into 3 and they forgot. LOVE the BLT Cheesesteak sandwich but how do you eat this thing?

I hope managers are aware of the poorly mannered employees they are hiring. This is the closest location to my home and my husband, our 10 year old son and myself LOVE to frequent this location but that’s gonna stop. It’s 8:29 and I understand you close at 9pm but not wanting to do your job and telling a PAYING customer it would take the grill 35 mins (5 mins past closing) to heat up is the saddest thing I’ve heard an employee say. Do better. Losing money on 4 sandwiches like that was such a hard order.

I was out over Thanksgiving and we had the hot Bobbie with gravy and it was delicious. This time I had the BBQ Turkey salad and it was excellent. I enjoyed it very much. The lettuce was fresh, the turkey delicious. I will definitely have it again

Ordered a sandwich last night was to be picked up at 8:02 marked complete at the pick up time show up and had to wait another 20 minutes almost didn't write a review but was still thinking about it today. The biggest insult to the whole situation is they proceed to give me the smallest capastrami I have ever seen it was mostly bread with a gap in the center of the sandwich without any meat or anything.

I love Capriotti's, but this location is hit or miss. Tonight I got a sandwich with old, hard bread. The bread is the best part! The sandwich was literally inedible. I'll stick to the location in Aliante casino instead. No consistency with quality here.

We love Capriotti's! The Bobbie is our go-to sandwich. (It's like Thanksgiving dinner, as a sandwich.)

My lunch experience here has been great but the last two times I went in the evenings haven't been so well. Ordered from here a few days ago and it's probably the last time I'll go to this location in the evening. I could tell that the chicken on my sandwich was heated in the microwave because it was tough and chewy, and the person working the pickup counter forgot to include the chipotle ranch dressing for the salad we ordered. Then I guess the drink fridge wasn't kept stocked because I was given two bottles of Pepsi from under the counter that were warm (seemed warmer than room-trmperature), so we had to stop and get cold drinks from the gas station on the way home. The other time before when I went in the evening they had also forgot salad dressing and didn't have the complete order assembled with the drinks, chips, or cookie in the bag like they do during lunch hours. I don't know what the carryout packaging standard is for this chain, but the lunchtime employees are great. Evening shift needs to be more attentive.

Ordered a large cheesesteak - it came really fast = but… that’s because it was cold 😞

Went up to the counter and requested to simply return it and refund - lunch hour pretty much over at that point

Manager was busy in her office and unavailable to do anything

So I was forced to wait - went Nextdoor to drive through burger place - that sucked - not a fan of Carl’s Jr either now - lol

Came back to see if manager was available and she was - but instead of running my card for the refund - she ask for the card and started writing the card number on a paper to take back to her office and do the refund that way somehow ? Never had this issue before - but I was uncomfortable with my card info being written down and walked away with - so I asked her stop - said don’t worry about it - I’m not ok that process and she said fine and wadded up the paper and went to toss it in the trash behind her - so. Said - no - stop - please give me the paper

She got mad and told me I was being a jerk - so in asked her can I write your card number down then ? What don’t you understand about the situation that bothers me ? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Anyways - I got the paper - and contacted customer service

And guess what ?
Haven’t heard a word from anyone / no email / follow up / nothing
Paid $24 for a sandwich that I didn’t even take a bite of and got yelled at

Today I was really wanting to have lunch at a different location- but I can’t bring myself to do so because of this issue and the lack of resolution.

So - yeah sucks
