Good service & food. Hispanic man @ window was really nice. I toldem i hadn't had carls in over 5 yrs. I was on east coast & Midwest no carls where I was. I went Friday 12pm drive thru no line. Food came out fast & hot burger was fresh & fried zucchini was hot because even after 10 minutes driving it almost burned mouth. Definitely be back

Great place to get a freshly prepared meal! People may want to complain about speed here but I'd say taking your time to prepare my meal is key to satisfying a hungry customer. I mean what good is it to get a fast burger that won't satisfy your crave? If you want fast junk then go to McDonald's where they will have a burger sitting for hours just for you! Otherwise this Carl's is the spot! The premises are always clean and welcoming.

Carl's jr has always been one of our favorite places to go since I was a kids because it was my grandma's favorite spot when I was growing up, we went every Sunday after church. That being said, We rarely eat out now, as we are a family of 5 and it costs quite a bit to take us all out to eat. But, we've been taking our kids to Carl's jr for the last few weeks on Fridays as a treat for getting through the week and having an easy night with some take out. We've been getting the "big carl" single cheese burgers because their filling and they were a great price! They were going for $3.50 each! It was a great value. We went this past Saturday instead of Friday and we were pretty shocked when we went to pay for our usual order and the price was double 😳😳😳 the big carl single cheeseburgers went from $3.50 to $6.69 😳😳 literally almost exactly double. They were running a deal where you could buy one and get one for a dollar ($1) but I fail to see how that's a deal when you've already raised the price to double....we arent saving any money , even though thats what carls jr wants you to think by making it a "deal". It's really too bad, I guess it was good while it lasted. This inflation stuff is really getting really out of hand 😔 so sad.

I feel like the service is very slow like maybe they need to hire some more people but the stuff they have there is very friendly I also feel like the pricing is extremely high compared to before like everything has jumped up three four dollars is insane I used to get a breakfast for two there almost less than $10 now you're going to pay $15/16

Usually it is a good thing when your order is repeated correctly in the drive thru. However, what changed by the time I got to the window? My burger was incorrect and I didn't get 1/2 of my order. I was too tired to wait for it to be corrected, which is why I was in the drive thru in the 1st place. Pedro was the name on the receipt but SHE (not mispelled) did pleasently ask to correct my order.
The guy that works the drive through in the morning is always rude. One time I asked him I could get the California burger and he said no, another time he made a comment about my car window not being rolled down, and another time he made me reverse to get closer to the drive through window. On top of that either him or the cook has been late on multiple occasions, which they would give me a free drink for having me wait.
