The staff was friendly and patient, and the meal options were plentiful. Flavor wise the food the had was okay but my daughter who enjoyed baking said that the 99 cent cookie they had was the best she's ever had among other dollar cookie. Good to know.

Came here on 1/31/25 ordered food for my family and took over ten minutes for the food. The guys are sitting in the back on their phones laughing and playing around. They told us to pull to the front and waited again. This was around 430pm. Shame on you Carl's Jr. Hire people that want to work. Never again come here.

Ordered at the drive thru and had to pull to front and wait. Fine, no big deal. Ended up waiting in parking lot for food over 20 mins, went inside to check and see what was going on and it still wasn’t ready. After getting home, realized my chicken sandwich wasn’t fully cooked and wasn’t edible. Super disappointing

I’m really upset because I was just in the drive thru in my uniform, and AFTER she swiped my card she said I could’ve gotten a 10% military discount but she chose not to this time. I’m not entitled nor do I expect anything for being military, but being told that I could’ve gotten a discount and that she just CHOSE not to but I could get one next time is irritating. If she simply made a mistake and didn’t add the discount, and realized after it was too late that’s okay people mess up. But to tell me??? Infuriating knowing I could’ve been saved a couple bucks, would’ve been better not to know.
Average food that is waaaay to expensive. Stopped there for breakfast recently and saw their new prices. No way. I used to love their Black and Bleu burger. Sad.

Fairly clean dining room. Ordering is easy. Drive thru time is a bit long and you end up parking waiting for your food. The menu items are a bit pricey, but tasty.
Came here for a quick lunch and for the first time received the most welcoming accommodation. Service was chef's kiss. Gregory even checked on us and asked if we need anything after we had sat down and started our meal. Better service than most restaurants I've been to and this is fast food!
